Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Required Booking and Stay Policies

. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Parking and Community Access Parking is first come, first served with permit required. Standard passenger vehicles only. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

. Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

    Detailed Report of Negative Experience: Early Morning Disturbances: Construction activities began consistently before 8:00 AM, with noise levels reaching disruptive peaks. This included hammering, the use of wheel grinders, and loud banging that resonated throughout the condominium. Proximity of Construction: The construction was not merely adjacent to the property, but directly on the condominium's balcony, placing the noise source within arm's reach. This proximity amplified the disturbance, making it impossible to ignore. Master Bedroom Noise Impact: The master bedroom, intended as a sanctuary for rest, became a focal point of the noise. The constant hammering and grinding created an unbearable environment, preventing any attempt at relaxation or sleep. Daytime Nuisance: The construction noise persisted throughout the day, eliminating any opportunity for daytime naps or peaceful moments within the condominium. The inability to escape the noise created a constant state of agitation. Lack of Prior Notification: There was no adequate prior notification of the extensive and disruptive nature of the construction. This lack of transparency reflects poorly on the management's commitment to guest comfort. Impact on Overall Experience: The cumulative effect of the construction noise transformed what should have been a relaxing beach getaway into a stressful and frustrating ordeal.

    We had a great trip and stay. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of bath towels for our large party. The unit was great fit for our group. I will say the unit is a little outdated. The cabinets are old and coming apart a little. Also, check in is at 4pm but we were not able to get into our unit until 5 pm. However, this did not take away a great vacation!

    Miravilla was great the location was wonderful. Communication was excellent. The sink Leakes, master bathroom screams and leaks. Master bedroom bed is broken or the headboard feels broken. Carpet is severely stained and old. We enjoyed the stay but the unit needed updating. Photos didn’t show the age of the amenities of the unit.

    All of your socket plugs are loose. We couldn’t charge our phones or computers. It was only 1 socket was good and that was the kitchen.
