The only thing was a few things were broke like the bottom of the bed the sliding door handle was broke other than that we were very confortable stayin there

This was a great Condo for our needs. We loved the view of the ocean and pool. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

I liked the location of the property and the view was amazing. The beach access was close and overall cleaning was acceptable. Only negative comments is that bed was horrible and not comfortable at all. Not one good not of sleep. The bathroom had noticable water damage on the light fixtures. And the tile under the bathroom sink and living area island was damage

Communication is terrible. You set expectations for those that stay but do not have expectations for your property. Construction happening without any notice. You need a thousand codes to enter and move around the property. Charge a fee for shuttle that you can’t find. Charge a cleaning fee when you don’t clean the room. Frequent traveler and this has been the worst property by far. Beach is nice but don’t forget the outrageous fee for chairs. Don’t charge the excessive fees if you can’t deliver on what your say you provide.

Perfect set up for two people. Has everything we needed except a sink stopper for the kitchen sink. Bed was super comfy!

Felt more like hotel with the boxed soaps and single this and that. Usually when I rent a VRBO it feels like a home, spices, condiments, oils, stuff you normally have around house.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!

The master bedroom was a little smaller than expected but all the condominium information, expectations were easy to follow and use. The condominium was very clean with a nice view. There were some minor things that were basic and missing. There was only two rolls of TP and 1 roll of paper towels for 5 guests which was not sufficient. There were no basic spices such as salt and pepper. We cooked everyday so some of the basics would have been nice. There were also no oven mitts so we had to use bathroom towels. Overall, the expirence was good and I would recommend to anyone, just a few minor details were missing which would have made the experience better.

Dishes are getting old and there were three coffee cups! Not enough cookware and silver ware! We’ve stayed in this unit many times and its general condition is rapidly degrading! It has been our go to unit (favorite) unit on the beach, but we may start looking for another if it’s not upgraded soon! Otherwise, a fantastic week!

The property was nice and could tell the older condo had been updated. The bedroom was a bit to small. We didn’t use it. We slept in the main room on the king size bed. Very comfortable. Only issues 1. The pool was broken our whole stay 2. There is no handle on the outside of patio door and my husband got stuck out there. Overlooked pool but no one was at the pool because closed. But other than that it was a nice property
