Clean , nice kitchen,beautiful view and property Great location

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this condo again. Even though the complex was dealing with some construction, the people working the building and grounds did a great job keeping the place looking wonderful and clean. We also didn’t have any activities or beach time affected by the construction. We had great communication with the owner and the property was as advertised. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are 2nd to none. We love the Destin area but this location had everything you could ever need within walking distance. Great fall getaway.

The Condo has beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom and livingroom. Beach access is very easy, walking distance to the beach is short. The property is clean and organized. The description and picture are very accurate. Rate 4/5 - wish we are provided with more toiletries, bathroom essential (toilet paper, paper towel, sanitize cleaning solution). Also it'd exceptional if slippers are provided since the floor is very easy to get sandy after the beach visit.

We enjoyed our time here! Our favorite part was the location on the beach. The views are incredible! It was so nice to take a few steps and be right on the water. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. For health reasons, we have to eat every meal in the condo. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The closet was stocked with tons of beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. They even provided a fan for those that need that white noise. :) Communication with management was phenomenal and check-in and out was easy! We’ll definitely be back.

The condo building was terribly dirty. Our unit was also not cleaned very well. There was mold in the master shower, spiders in the second shower, some pots and utensils still had food on them, the family room carpet was gross, the chain lock on the door was broken, the dryer wasn’t working so we had to have someone come and fix it, there were light bulbs out, the beach umbrella was broken, there was construction right outside our balcony, our balcony glass was filthy, and from our balcony we were disgusted to see someone relieving himself near the beach exit, 10 ft from the restroom. The view and the beach itself was beautiful. Just expected it to be more clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The beach access was literally steps away. You can see the ocean and see the waves from the balcony. Our host provided a float, chairs, full kitchen with all the tools and a few other things…the list goes on! We loved it here! Thank you for such a lovely and welcoming space!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were issues with elevator and door access at times on the property but the unit itself was perfect.

Constant noise could not see out window or use balcony. Room not clean. Had to call them daily on issues. Not responsive till threatened dispute with credit card company and Better Business Bureau! Got a partial refund.
