    The directions did not specifically clarify a security code was required for the elevator and stairwell. A “lobby” code, which was incorrect, was provided instead. The caster wheels on the queen size bed frame did not lock, so the bed rolled around with any little movement, which meant no one could sleep in it. The elevator was broken for 3 days. No laundry facilities were located on the premises. The keyless door entry malfunctioned a couple of times but was promptly fixed by maintenance. The location was perfect with Publix directly across the street. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the property. The screened balcony was perfect with an infant.
