Stayed Sep 4, 2025Perfect location if you are wanting to relax! The dolphins were showing out every morning to start the day. The unit was very spacious for a condo and communication with the owner was great.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025Very clean, great view, pool was never crowded, and very well kept. Note: If you are traveling in more than one vehicle they have a strict one vehicle per unit policy. I didn't ask on the front end so off site parking cost 100. Also they require you to wash and dry the towels used during the stay to

Stayed May 21, 2025Overall we had a great experience, however the “security guard” was very unsettling. Each time we came back to the condo from a night at dinner, he was either asleep in a beach chair or leaning up on a car in the parking lot. Also, on our FOURTH day, mind you, my husband went to take the trash out and happened to walk by our truck and noticed a “final notice” that our vehicle was about to be towed because our parking pass was in the middle of the dash and not to the left or the right of the dash…. Who knew that was a rule when it was never mentioned or noted on the parking pass? So fore warning - god forbid you put your parking pass in the wrong area of the dash regardless of ample visibility. :)

Stayed Mar 9, 2025I brought my twins and 2 of their friends for spring break and we loved the condo! Location was great and we absolutely loved watching the dolphins from our balcony. We hope to book again soon!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024This condo very easy to access. Our beach was never crowded and the elevators have to be the fastest in the area. The kitchen was well stocked for most cooking needs. The master bed has a very firm mattress. We enjoyed the great view from the 6th floor balcony!
