Perfect, as usual! This was my family's third stay at Rene's beautiful condo and we hope to return again. She really has thought of everything and fully stocked the condo with all the necessities and then some. We were happy to see that Jamaica Royale as a whole is in good shape after last year's storms, and were glad to see the lizards and bunnies are still around!

Great Thanksgiving Trip! 10/10Jamaica Royale is wonderful. Three heated pools and private beach access. We had a wonderful time. Unit 95 was fantastic. It was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for our visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Thanks René. We'll be back.

Excellent location on the beach near to entertainment and restaurant's. Exceptionally well stocked unit had everything you could possibly need.

Our family of 6 had a great stay! Rene was a wonderful owner to rent from. She was quick to respond to all questions. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with nice kitchenware to cook meals for a large family. My kids enjoyed the large soft fluffy blankets to snuggle up with on the couch. Beach towels, umbrella, wagon and coolers all provided. The umbrella stroller was a lifesaver on our 1 day at Disney with our 2yo. We could tell that she truly cared that her guests had a great time. She even brought us donuts! 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Rene is an amazing host! She has thought of everything. Check in & check out are an ease. The unit is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are spacious the beds are super comfortable. Comes with a cart to bring all your supplies to the beach for the day, not to mention it's only a few steps away!! Even comes with a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes! Had to text Rene late one night she was right there!! Looking forward to our annual stay next year

We had a great stay--the property was a quick walk to the beach and had a great pool right on the water. The unit itself was perfect for our family (me, my husband, and 2 small kids)--well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, great bathrooms, and very clean! Rene and her husband were awesome hosts. We loved the area as well, lots of restaurants etc. nearby. We would love to return!

This place is beautiful. She also offers alot of extra amenities like a cart to roll your stuff to the beach and even beach towels.

This was our second stay at the condo and even with a tropical storm we had a great time. Renee communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in multiple times throughout our stay, including dropping off some fresh mangos and homemade cookies. Would highly recommend staying in Unit 95; clean, well kept and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach.

My family has stayed all over Siesta Keys as we love the area. What a great spot! Rene was a great host! She did a lot of little things such as leaving the porch light on (late check in). She was available if needed, she even gave us a welcome letter and gift! The Condo was extremely clean and in a great spot! We will be back!!

We had a very relaxing vacation and enjoyed our stay in this cute, well-maintained 2 bedroom condo. The owner was friendly and extremely responsive and helpful. She made every effort to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation, which we did!

Rene, This stay deserves much more than a 5 star rating. Our stay far exceeded any other accommodations we have had while staying at Siesta Key. This is our new go to annual summer kick off location. It had all the luxury's of home, Rene thought of everything, great instructions for everything in really cute frames, to games, all the items needed for a day at the beach, a first aid kit, aloe for our sun-kissed skin, a fully stocked kitchen and a very fitting and fun welcome package...
