This is an updated, well-appointed first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that accommodates 6 guests. Primary bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a single twin bed; and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom/bathroom/hallway area has a privacy door to separate them from the kitchen/living area. Private porch with apartial ocean view. The resort amenities include: multiple pools (outdoor and indoor heated pool), tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball, sauna, workout facility, hot tub, and large beautiful white sand beach! Easy walk to the resort beach from this unit. Onsite restaurant located approximately 50 yards from the unit. Kiva Dunes Golf Course located adjacent to the property. Fort Morgan Marina 7 miles away.
