Gulf Shores Condo w/ Pool Access: Steps to Beach!

it was clean and cozy but it was not close to the beach.

Great property!! 5 minute walk to the beach, pool right outside the door, 2 minute drive to Gulf Shores Parkway. Definitely will keep this property in mind for future trips.

little off main traffic which was good parking tight and stairs no elevator but all around area was same

Overall satisfied with our stay! We are glad we had a private stay where we were not bothered and were able to enjoy ourselves the whole trip. The pool was decent size also.

Nice place to stay. Everything was well maintained and nice and we enjoyed the accommodations. Close access to the beach, shops, food and groceries. We would love to stay again on our next trip!

This property was convenient with a pool and close beach access. The parking was close and under cover. It had shower towels. It only came with one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper, no coffee, salt, pepper etc. It is very outdated and had huge dust bunnies on the pictures and walls. The pool was unavailable for use on our last day due to a leak.

Place was fine, it said just steps to the ocean- more like 5000 steps. Place needs a good cleaning. Gulf Shores is a beautiful beach

Condo was nice and clean. Close walk to the beach. Had a great time.

Overall is what an nice condo. We choose to drive and park at the beach instead of trying to walk due to the amount of stuff we brought to the beach every day. Only downside, the condo next ours decided to do renovations the whole time we was there but other than, i highly recommend this condo and it was easy on the budget as well

Great little place. Clean, has a kitchen, full fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Pretty impressive. But more impressive is the beach, literally a 3 minute walk away. I would book again for sure. Only 2 things, one minor is only 1 roll or less of toilet paper, so you have to provide your own. 2nd a little more minor is if you have a noisy tenant above you, or beside you, you will hear everything and perhaps not get the best sleep. I understand that no one can control neighbors, but it's just unfortunate that's all. Otherwise, this place is mint!! We really enjoyed our stay, so much we booked an extra night. ?Thank You Jim for all your help.

We enjoyed our stay so much, upstairs neighbors were a bit loud, but overall no complaints about the location or stay. Be sure to bring more tp and papertowels, there's a small store next door but it's a bit pricey. Would definitely recommend this condo. The pool was heated and my grandson loved making new friends every night after out beach day! We had a leak from upstairs one day and the owner was easy to reach and he immediately contacted the maintenance department. We will come back!

The wifi worked well, and the pool was nice, but this unit is on the dirtier side, and hasn't seen a deep clean in quite some time. There is grime on every light switch, and stains on the furniture. We were given one roll of toilet paper for a five night stay, and told we to purchase our own after that. I believe that's an Evolve policy - the place responsible for the cleaning/rental and such. I would probably stay away from their units. Additionally the condo complex has no recycling even though Gulf Shores has a recycling center. It feels tone deaf given the popularity of the location is so directly linked to nature. Bottom line: we wished we'd chosen elsewhere.

The place was cozy. Cleaning crew failed to do their job very well. Floors were very sticky and not very clean throughout. The pool needs something done to it to cool it down. Was the temp of a hot tub. The beach was amazing and beautiful weather the whole time we were there.
