Gulf Shores Condo: Private Community Beach Access

Enjoyed our weekend trip! Friendly and helpful owners. Needs some work throughout the property but suited our needs.

The condo building is older, but everything met our expectations. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Theresa was great to work with. Excellent communication.

We had the best time vacationing in Gulf Shores in this condo. It is super sweet, nice and clean. Convenient to everything but nice and quiet. The balcony was the best and we especially loved the adorandack gliders and spent a lot of time there. Communication with management was so good we feel like we have a new friend! ?

We were so pleased with everything at the condominium. The only hiccup we had is the elevator went down the first evening we were there. My husband has a bad leg from 2 separate accidents and the stairs did not play well with him so to speak. But they got it fixed the next morning and everything was good with that. My contact person, Theresa was amazing. She responded to my questions and concerns very quickly. She explained everything to me and told me what to expect. My husband and I are already planning our trip back. The condo was very clean and well supplied with what we needed. The view from the balcony was awesome and so relaxing.

This little place was exactly what we needed to accomodate my family with a 10 year old and 7 year old. Property is within walking distance of several comvenience stores, restaurants, and popular Gulf Shores watering holes. My kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. The host reached out in plenty of time and worked diligently to make sure we had a parking pass when the one she sent was lost in the mail. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This condo was older and a little shabby and had an end-of-the-season tired feel. . . but in a way that made it feel homey, unpretentious, relaxed. As an example, the towel bar in the master bath fell off the walI the first time we hung a shirt on it. And the condo was not immaculately clean--for example, we noticed some clear stickers with logos on them, the kind that might come on a new pair of flip flops, stuck to the wall of the eating area. That's easy to overlook, but does show the place wasn't meticulously cleaned. Similarly when we opened the sofa bed there was some debris on the floor under it which you can only see when the sofa bed is open. But all these things were ok with me--it was still overall clean and inviting. The only thing I did not like was that there were rumpled sheets still on the sofa bed, which looked like they were left over from a previous guest. When I booked this place I did not know that I cared about an ocean view but that ended up being a favorite part of the whole stay! The kids especially loved it, and would take their meals out and sit on the chairs looking at the water as they ate. : ) Clearly one of the best things about this place was the proximity to the beach--and that's the main thing we cared about! That aspect was PERFECT. The condo had every thing we could want, and served us so well. Thank you! We would definitely consider staying here again.

It was good. The property look good but could use a few up grand but it was good for me. For whar I wanted.

The stay was perfect for my family. It was just steps from the beach and we loved hanging out on the very spacious balcony. We would stay there again.

The condo was perfect for our family. It's had recent updates, and is very cozy and charming. The balcony was my favorite with a view of the ocean and the most amazing and unique glider chairs I've ever seen!

We really enjoyed our stay! Property was very nice, clean, and has easy access to stores, restaurants, and beaches! Very nice neighborhood! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to come to Gulf Shores!
