The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Monthly rentals are welcome November through March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    The property was very nice. We enjoyed how close to everything it was. The pool was nice and being able to walk right off the elevator to the beach was a plus. The only complaint that I have is there is a musty scent in the room.

    Clean as a whistle. Private parking space. Smells fresh. Everything you need is provided. Easy access to the beach and pool. I love the communication through messages and emails. It was prompt reminders so you didn’t have to worry about leaving late. I definitely stay here again.
