Very clean and well stocked with things you may need while staying there. I loved how they started you out with paper towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, soap, even shampoo and conditioner. Loved being close to the beach, to restaurants, and shopping. Thank you!

Great stay! Very well equipped condo

Beach had easy access with two access points right across 30A. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare any type of meal. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean! Communication with owners was excellent! Wonderful stay!

The host was so kind and responsive. Condo unit was very nice, with numerous amenities like a washer/dryer, board games, Keurig with K cups and a regular coffee pot. Bathroom was nice - the shower water pressure is great! Very clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Very quick and easy walk to private beach access. Great location with numerous restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience in Gulf Place Caribbean 310. Check-in was easy, condo was super clean. The location is walking distance to some great shops and restaurants! Loved the private beach access too. The beach area wasn’t super crowded when we were there. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Clean, just a few min walk to the beach- it was everything we needed and wanted!

Condo was great. The beach was two minutes away and there were many dining options within walking distance.Communication with owner was excellent!

This unit is a lovely, comfortable well-appointed condo in a very convenient location with excellent amenities. I highly recommend it for a couple or small family. We’ve visited this area for many years and would certainly choose to stay in this here again. Very nice and accommodating owners as well. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! The apartment was small but clean and comfortable. It could do with some updates here and there. A few more basic supplies would have been nice. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella. The location was great!

The place was awesome to stay at. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops around. It was walking distance to the beach too. There was a paper towel and toilet paper roll when we go there, along with garbage bags, and some dishwasher pods too which was nice. The bed was also comfy to sleep on. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location across from Santa Rosa Beach. Loved the pool at Gulf place. Nice clean condo, we enjoyed our stay!

The beach is literally right across the street, my kids loved the bunk beds, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time and it was great with 2 small kids.

We love everything about Gulf Place! This unit had everything you could need, checking in and out was so easy. The host answered any questions so fast!

This was our 2nd time at Gulf Place. We absolutely love the beach and the whole area. The condo kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have back-pack beach chairs and an umbrella so we did not have to rent any. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The owners quickly responded to all my questions and even helped me plan my driving route!

Lovely host, small condo located 2 mins from fabulous beach. Three pools in complex, 2 heated. Decent size for swimming lengths. 18 mile bike path right outside condo. Many places to rent bikes. 30a is a great little Gulf beach hugging road. Little towns dotted along it with shops and restaurants for those that need that. Lots of music in local bars and restaurants. Some lovely state parks along the highway. Super for walking and biking. Golf courses around and kayaking options. Amazing and unique dune lakes around this area - a rare global occurrence. Apartment complex is older and some renovation going on affecting most apartments. Lots of construction going on along 30a. I think this coastal road was a hidden gem which is becoming very popular now. But for an affordable place to put down roots for a couple of months this was ideal.
