GULF HOUSE #103, GREAT LOCATION, BEACH FRONT, 1ST FLOOR

The water pressure in the kitchen needs attention. Everything else was great.

The set up was great with easy access to everything in the kitchen. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing time

Host was easy to communicate with. Property was under construction during the stay but did not bother our stay. It is an older building and you get alot of outside noise. Apartment was nicely decorated and clean. If i had to suggest anything it would be darkening curtains in the bedrooms, lights shine thru at night. Overall it was okay.

Everything was enjoyable my family would love to come back to this place again

We really enjoyed our stay!

On arrival, we discovered the AC was not working. The owners were very quick to respond. They had the AC repairman there in no time. We had a great stay!

Our family of 5 enjoyed the weekend in Gulf Shores. Everything in the condo was truthfully depicted in the pictures. Sara was a great host having the condo stocked with all the essentials. Floor fans in each bedroom were a plus!!

This place is exactly as pictured, amazing location & great staff!

This property was just as pictured with comfortable bedroom and living spaces and a kitchen and patio. It has access right to the beach and is within walking distance or a short drive to shops and restaurants. No complicated check in/check out, just leave the key! Thanks for sharing the space with us!

Wonderful location beautiful view

Clean condo with great location to shops, entertainment, food, and beach.

Beautiful condo . But , workers next door were sandblasting everyday and is was very loud.

The condo was very warm and inviting and we loved the view from the living room. The master bedroom bed was so very comfortable, we had no problem falling asleep. I needed to talk with Sara a couple of times during our stay and she returned our calls in a very reusable time. The condo was clean and had what we needed to fix meals. Yes, I would stay again. Thanks to Sara for a wonderful stay. BK and JL

Had a great trip over the holiday for myself and my husband.The condo was darling -so cute! Perfect location and within walking distance of a few of our favorite restaurants. I loved the convenience of the elevator - no stairs!!!! The beach access was perfect. We usually have to walk up a dune to get to the beach and we just walks right on it. Had a beautiful view of the beach! We will definitely be back!!!

This was a perfect fit for 4 adults and a 9 year old. The property was in a great location; we enjoyed being on the first floor and right above the pool. I was a little worried about not having a washer/dryer in the unit, but the ones on the floor were easy to use, and there was never anyone else using them the few times I was in there. It was always easy to find a parking spot. We were pleased with the extra kitchen appliances, and took advantage of there being a crockpot. None of us quite got the hang of how to use the TV, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely recommend.

The condo was clean and spacious. Convenient location with easy access to the beach. Appreciated the host providing detailed instructions prior to our arrival on the care of the condo. Overall this was a nice and comfortable unit for our weekend stay. Thank you.

Relaxing stay. Beach access was wonderful with a relaxing pool as well. Close to a variety of eating and convenient shopping. The only issue we had was the lack of a smart TV for Netflix and that was a minor problem. Washer and Dryer were not part of the unit.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a get-a-way. We were right on the beach and I could soak up the sun all I wanted, and the fishing pier was close enough for my husband to walk to when he got bored. The extra fans in each room and the blender were great touches

The stay at this condo was so much fun! The condo had the best view of the ocean and the pool! Literally steps from the beach! The condo was exactly how the hosts listed it! The beds we so comfortable! The condo was very roomy! I felt like I was at my own house! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back down this way! It was perfect!

I highly recommend this vacation spot. It was perfect. It was right on the beach. Walking distance to the Hangout. The kitchen was fully stocked. The shower pressure was spot on- all 4 of us were able to take a shower and didn’t run out of hot water. I recommend bringing more towels. We had to use the same towel all week. So bring a beach towel as well. There are washers and dryers located on every level. You can pay for it through an app using a QR code located on the machine, it doesn’t take change. It dried my clothes first round which was nice that I didn’t have to pay to add more time. My only complaint is the pool could have been a little cleaner but still wasn’t bad enough that we didn’t swim. The pool is mostly shaded from the buildings. There are a few hours during the day that the pool gets sunlight so it tends to be a little colder which we didn’t mind. All in all- we had a great time. The host was very responsive and accommodating. They had fans in each room which is huge plus for our family. This is definitely a new vacation spot for us!
