Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was awesome. The customer service was lacking. Front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful. Our key cards were programmed for the wrong checkout day, so we were locked out of our room. Didn't have the car keys so i had to walk to tower B from D. Stayed Sep 21, 2023Condo was very clean and furnished with everything you needed. The amenities at the resort are great and we never really needed to leave. We brought the boat with us and had no problems with the boat slip or the parking. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed Mar 25, 2023When we arrived after receiving a text the room was ready, the room was dirty! After calling multiple times and asking for a supervisor I finally got answers. 4 hours later they showed to clean the room. Other then the construction outside the windows starting at 7:00 am. The rest of the stay was good!

Stayed Oct 16, 2022We had been to Orange Beach several times but had never stayed at Caribe until this visit. Check in was easy, but I was surprised to have to pay $25 for a parking tag. If that info was in the listing, I missed it. Not a huge deal. Our condo smelled and looked clean when we arrived. We discovered a bit of a mess a day or two after we checked in under one of the beds as we went to retrieve something that we dropped. There were quite a few cookie pieces and popcorn kernels under the bed along with a fair amount of dust. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes. It did lack drinking glasses/cups. There were mugs and stemware galore. The beds were okay in regards to being comfortable…not terrible but not the most comfortable. The resort is large and we loved the amenities. It did take some time to figure out how to navigate around the property. I think some info in the condo on how to get to the lazy river, beach shuttle and such would be helpful. We had a great visit and would definitely stay at the Caribe again.

Stayed Sep 21, 2022The unit was very nice. Communications said keys would be under the doormat when we arrived; they were not. I had to call the management office to get someone to come and unlock the doors. We were told that keys would be delivered the following morning, so we were not able to leave the unit the first evening, even to have dinner. Keys were not delivered the following morning; after waiting for hours, I called the management office and was told that the keys had been placed under the doormat, but that fact had not been communicated to me. Then, the keys would not work. When I again called the management office, I was told, I was afraid of that. They knew the keys wouldn't work! Instead of the management office taking care of the problem, I was told to do it myself, by spending even more of my vacation time taking the faulty keys to another part of the resort and get them re-programmed. I'm not sure what the portion of my payment that went to the management company was for, but it should have been refunded, because they were worse than useless. Again, I have no complaints about the unit/facilities themselves, but about the failure of the management company to do their job.
