Great place, would stay again

The room is outdated and not maintained well. VRBO was not a good management company to help. Here is a list of issues. 1. The refrigerator does not cool well. We had to keep most of our food in ice chest. 2. The ice maker in the freezer leaked water all over inside the freezer and the floor. Had to turn the water off to it to get it to stop. It was a slow leak so it took a while to notice but it cover all the food on the shelves with ice and then defrosted and went to the floor. You can see the rust on the floor so this definitely is an old issue. 3. Probably about half of the outlets had issues and would randomly stop working. 4. Balcony light didn’t work. 5. Spare bathroom shower door was not on the hinge and couldn’t be used as it was about to fall off. Could only use one of the glass doors. 6. Hot water barely lasted long enough for one person to take a quick shower. I know it’s a small tank but it obviously has an issue. 7. The seat cushions on all the kitchen chairs are not attached. Couldn’t sit in them with fear of them breaking or someone falling out of them. 8. WiFi was basically non existent. 9. One thing that I forgot was the 2nd bedroom didn't have a smoke alarm at all and the one in the living room was unplugged this was a major concern for me having kids.

The unit was a beautiful unit and right on the beach, but it needs updates and care. Three of the four kitchen chairs were not attached to the base and broken. They were soiled too. We contacted Real Joy on numerous occasions to please bring a new comforter due to what looked like blood on the original comforter which they never did bring us a new comforter. The kid’s bathroom smelled like sewage. We had a wonderful stay, but the unit definitely needs some up keep.

Very outdated!! stoves top was old and half of the outlets were not working. Mold smell and old furniture. location is great but condo needs some TLC.

We loved this place! Great location and tidy apartment with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful location and truly the most relaxing vacation. We could enjoy seeing ocean views for miles both directions and enjoying the sounds of the ocean and dolphins swimming by while relaxing on the deck. Everything was absolutely perfect with one exception. Please take note the beach service is a completely separate cost for chairs & umbrellas for this property. The cost on average for 2 chairs and an umbrella were $50 per day. We assumed all the condos came with 2 chairs and an umbrella, but that is not the case anymore. Unfortunately, this was an extra cost we didn’t anticipate. Other than this missing detail, we were very happy with everything else. The team was very responsive to any questions were immediate and everything was clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!
