Gulf Front with Beach Views & Large Balcony

My only issue was cleanliness, kichen not stocked properly, pillows and patio furniture torn up.

Over all good experience.The day we reached, A guy try to enter the room by using a code on the door and when we saw him with door open he said he was an electrician and making sure the electricity works. It was scary to see that .

Condo was clean and comfortable with a great porch overlooking the pool and gulf. Nice location in Destin. Close to restaurants and shopping. Condo parking was easy. (No garage) No issues with waiting on elevators like some beach condos. We enjoyed the on-site pickleball, putt putt, and pool/beach during our stay. The poolside restaurant had good food and drinks. We had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Called your office, but you never got anyone over that night to fix it. Hard to sleep with a smoke detector beeping every 10 seconds. I’m a 66 yr old woman with balance issues so climbing on a chair to take the battery out ( which was the resolution the girl on the phone in your office suggested) was not going to happen. My son arrived the next morning and took out the battery.

We ended up booking this property last minute after our annual trip to the Clearwater St. Pete beach area was cancelled due to hurricanes. The unit was great, view was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the building in general was very well kept. It was in an area that required us to drive pretty much everywhere, but that seems to be the norm for the area. The beach and pool were great (although the pool was so cold), and it was very quiet everywhere even with perfect weather. If we choose to come back to the area we will definitely book here again!

It was very clean and comfortable. The VIEWS were spectacular! The balcony was a popular place for breakfast, lunch, and reading. We even enjoyed fireworks from there two nights during our stay. Even during peak season, it was easy to navigate the property. The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily. Many amenities on the property for couples or families. The property manager was fantastic. They even checked on us during our stay and sent reminders for ease of check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the patio was incredible. We will definitely book this condo again!
