Stayed Mar 21, 2025It was very clean , the views was stunning, I barely even noticed they had staff that’s why I love these condominiums my kids had no issues long as they had they wristbands on I will definitely be back to these particular condos oh yea how could I forget about the pools and the hot tub just wonderful

Stayed Mar 31, 2024The condo itself is very nice, looks just like pictures; clean, nice furniture, etc. However, this building is located between PCB public beach access points 35 and 36, and PCB has cracked down in March and April on the zone from access point 25 to 36 with special ordinances. So the beach was closed at 10pm, my kids couldn't walk at night. No coolers or alcohol on beach so dad can't bring a brew out. Too close to Pineapple Willy's which is apparently spring break central. The city literally blocked the beach with nose to tail police cars and we couldn't walk down it. I didn't know that this area was spring break central, so if you want to avoid that scene, head further east on Thomas Drive where it is quieter. Also, had someone on a nearby balcony constantly smoking weed, which has a very pungent smell and drove me off the balcony repeatedly. Additionally, had someone on the next building hit our balcony with an egg one evening and I got charged to clean it up after I checked out. Party!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Building had concrete saws and jackhammers going all day. Rattled the whole building. We should have been notified of this construction before we booked so we could go someplace else.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023We made a long weekend trip this past weekend and couldn’t have been happier. One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. Plenty of parking, amazing balcony and tons of food and shopping close by. We would definitely look at staying there again!

Stayed May 29, 2023Love the entire stay. Did need a larger frying pan. There was only a tiny one and maybe some paring knives. Other than that it was beautiful and we lived out stay! Thank you and we look forward to staying again.
