Six-foot wide sliding glass doors allow for unobstructed views of the white sandy beach from the open kitchen, dining and living areas. When you aren't spending the day at the beach, be sure to check out the variety of shopping and dining venues along 30A in the neighboring Seaside and WaterColor!

    The views of the ocean were amazing and being able to just walk right out to the beach was what made this condo worth it. It was outdated, the door handles on every door fell off as we opened them, it had a damp smell and the ceilings and walls were stained and damaged and in need of repair or paint, overall we wouldn’t stay again because it didn’t feel cozy or truly clean.

    We always look for units similar to this one and usually find a hidden gem. The location and beach access were great. The unit was clean and ready to go at check in. The photos in the listing do not fully show what is needed for this unit. The living area and eating area are large and comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny and so is the bedroom. The owner has way too many personal items on the storage shelves in the bunk area the the bedroom closet. So much stuff there was no room to put our personal belongings. The unit is in need of some upgrades, paint, shower, kitchen, refrigerator, tv etc. It's not a bad unit, but it could be a great unit with some TLC, Upgrades and the clutter removed. I would stay again in this area as we had a great time and spend most of our time at the beach and going out at night.
