Gulf Front VIEWS-5 Pools-2BR Majestic Beach 1-605

This unit is not a 2 Bedroom condo. It's a 1 Bedroom with a bunk bed in the hallway. No door/no closet/no windows/ no where to put your clothing/luggage. In hindsight, I should have looked closer at the photos but it said 2 Bedroom in the title of the listing so I didn't see a reason to investigate further. There are other units in this tower that actually have 2 bedrooms.The condo owner sets the AC on 74 degrees and locks it with a password. You'll need to call the property manager and have them come out to change the temperature (higher or lower). The condo was clean and the property management company was very friendly!

Place was on a great location and had great amenities. Was disappointed with customer service. Tried to reach out server time regarding mold and still have yet to hear anything back!

It was a nice time but tons of people smoking all over this property. Other than not being able to enjoy the balcony due to smoking, it was nice. Loads of cigarette butts all over the beach too. Property doesn’t clean the beach area in the morning either.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, checkin/check out was SO simple, the ocean view was perfect, the pool and beach access were great, and the beds were very comfortable! The only cons we had was the parking garage across the street because it felt like it took forever to just go grab something at the store, the unloading/cart situation was on the 3rd floor of the parking garage so going to the grocery meant walking to the parking garage to your car, getting your groceries, then coming back, parking in the unloading spot in the parking garage, checking out a cart, walking the groceries to the room, unloading them, taking the cart all the way back, then moving your car to a spot in the garage, then back to the room. Not to mention waiting on the always very busy elevators throughout that. It wasn’t terrible, but for us with 4 younger kids it was a bit of a pain. There was also only one dresser and one closet you were given access to in this unit, and the bottom of the closet had a bunch of cleaning equipment so really there wasn’t much room to put our stuff. The two other closets were locked. I know each unit is different in this regard. Overall, it was a great stay with our family and we would definitely stay at Majestic Towers again!

The host is an agency which makes it extremely difficult to contact and get quick responses when needed. The unit was not very clean, lots needed to be repaired. The kitchen was not stocked well enough to cook and the stove was a joke. The closet door fell off track and banged my wife's foot. The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise all night, which kept us up. The amenities are not as good as they appeared, and the area is not the nicest. Overall the worst experience I've ever had.

We were so pleased with our stay in this unit. We traveled as a family of 4 and brought our 3 and 6 year old with us. This unit was absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the ocean and taking a very quick elevator ride down to the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable! The resort itself had lots of amenities like the movie theater and indoor pool which was nice for cooler days or rainy days. My only suggestion would be to add some beach chairs and a few beach toys and we would have been set! We did purchase a beach chair and toys and did leave them behind as we traveled by plane. Hopefully others can enjoy! Thanks for an amazing week and we are hopeful we will be back again and visit this same unit!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was really clean. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Would definitely stay at this condo again

It was easy to check in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that was easy here was having a door code so that you can go straight to your unit. But it’s no different than what Marriott Bonvoy or Hilton honors offers on their app so that’s not even all that special. The loading and unloading is a nightmare. There are only about 20 spaces to load and unload for 2 buildings with everyone’s check-in being around the same time. For the first person you interact with that works at this building to be the cart guy, it’s a huge disappointment and apparently set the tone for the the trip. He was unkempt, unkind and rude. The building hallways and stairs smelled like pee, there were only 4 elevators for each building that has over 20 floors. Wouldn’t be terrible if it was a business here…but you got people with huge carts and families so the space is limited and the wait times for an elevator are excessive. The unit was in dire need of updating, stained furniture and rugs, the washer/dryer unit super old and the master bath tub was stained. It had jets but who would get in that??? The bed was uncomfortable and the towels thin and rough. The beach view was nice. The master bath toilet stopped working on day 2 and no one came to fix it. I ended up leaving a day early to go to a Marriott property and will be contacting the company for a refund for one night.

Very well cleaned , and the manager was quick to respond to any of my messages , only bad part was during the first few days the A/C was out but they worked hard to get it fixed in a timely manner .
