Gulf-front view & spacious condo with wraparound balcony & pickleball

Condo was great, the view was absolutely beautiful! My kids requested for us to always vacation here.

Liked the location a lot. Great view. The layout was great. The places is a bit dated, to the point that I think it's giving the impression that it's not as clean as it could be (the fridge has rust on the inside - the ceiling in the bathrooms have paint patches from previous leak repairs is my best guess). Things like that. So while the property manager was extremely attentive in reaching out and asking about our satisfaction with the cleanliness, there was really nothing to clean so much as the place just needs updating in some areas. Other than that it was a great rental.

We throughly enjoyed staying in this condo. We can’t wait to return next year!

Rental is nice, spacious and clean. Needs more cooking pans. Difficult to prepare meals. Beautiful beach views from every window. 11 minutes from seaside but traffic makes it 30-40 minute drive. Get bikes!

The first time I stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove B405 I was in awe of the gorgeous beachfront view from every bedroom and the open kitchen/ den! What truly took my breath away was the beautiful tiled balcony with the most comfortable, cushioned furniture, including 2 amazingly comfortable chaise lounges that you can easily fall asleep on while listening to the ocean... and I did! This place is still so lovely and perfect with the easiest walk to the beach and the gorgeous pools! The covered parking space is wonderful and the only issue was the very many bikes not properly racked when we arrived so we could not get our car into the designated space! We were told of a spot we could use until the bikes were moved and placed on the rack but then a gentleman from maintenance told us that because it was Fall break, the over abundance of non racked bikes were just part of the situation that couldn’t be helped! I did not find that acceptable as there are signs that are clearly posted that say that if bikes are not placed on the rack, they are subject to be impounded! The other issue we learned from other people discussing their frustration on the elevator is that the TV system is now near to impossible to figure out in these units! I truly come to this beautiful place to enjoy the gorgeous beach and make memories with my family, but this was football weekend and everyone was excited to watch the game! A kind young man offered to help with the television situation saying that his grandmother owned a unit near ours . We had called the front desk and were informed that the owners had signed onto a new cable company. The young man who came to the rescue stated that this had been a nightmare for guests who do not know all the “tricks” and steps to get the televisions to work! I do hope these small issues are resolved on our next visit to this beautiful beach paradise which shall be coming up very soon! Enjoy making treasured memories here in this beautiful 3BR/3 1/2 Bath oasis!

Parking was terrible. My spot was constantly blocked by a bike rack and other vehicles in the garage. We had an alive roach in the dishwasher and in a bedroom. Finally, a couple of the sliding doors do not lock which is a safety issue with young children

This condo is beautifully decorated, with a huge wrap-around balcony and awesome view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico - ocean front all the way. We loved that every bedroom (3) had a great view and its own bathroom, plus there was a half bath off the main living area. The beauty and quality of this rental property helped to make our trip special. The location was great. I enjoyed walking on the beach to Deer Lake state park, and being close enough to Seaside without being too close. We hated to leave yesterday. I very much miss the view and the sound of the ocean.
