Stayed Jul 23, 2022Really enjoyed this property. Sleeping at night was a little hard as the bedrooms were warm as AC did not pump out cool air in the bedroom. And the main bedroom door would not close. But the reason we chose this property was the view and that did not disappoint. The balcony is absolutely incredible! Very roomy! I probably spent 4-5 hours a day on the balcony. I was either reading, listening to music or napping (which I never do, but it was just so peaceful. We loved our stay and would love staying in the same unit again.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022Excellent location within the Sundial, right between main clubhouse pool and more quiet side-pool, and I’d bet the best view of the ocean and beach! Also, private, covered parking and convenient Resort grocery store right next door, along with all the restaurants and Tiki bar! I’d definitely want to stay in the unit again!

Stayed Feb 26, 2022Sun Dial is the perfect location on Sanibel Island. Beautiful accommodations and right on the beach. my only issue is that owners are permitted to have dogs with them. The dog below us barked for 3 hours solid while its owners were gone each afternoon of our stay. We had a baby with us who tried to nap during this same time. There was nothing I could do about it, nor could Royal Shell. If I stay there in the future I will ask if there are dogs near the unit I rent.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021This condo is well kept & looks exactly like the pictures. The large lanai is awesome. The only suggestion is to replace the beach chairs & umbrellas. Almost all were broken. We had a lovely stay & would highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 3, 2021The property was beautiful! Location great, although electric outlets, fan in the bathroom kept blowing and had to be reset. I would have liked more communication on the property, as the referenced things like (outside trash cans to use, but no idea where those are, and can’t use resort amenities, but no direction on what that meant.). Property and experience was amazing overall. !
