Stayed Apr 26, 2022I feel I need to clarify my review. The condo itself was lovely, clean, great view and updated furnishings. (With the exception of the clothing dryer; it did not work at all. Broken when we got there.) Here's the MAJOR disappointment, which was aggravating to say the least; the ENTIRE length of our stay, the pool, hot tub and tiki bar were closed, along with the walking access to the beach, because they were resurfacing the pool deck and the area around the pool!! We were not notified in advance that this would be the case. Our stay was not discounted. We had no pool to swim in and most days had to walk thru the parking garage and down thru the resort next to us just to get to the beach. So, Step to the Beach turned out to be quite a hike! Again, the condo itself was lovely. But the fact that no one notified us of this HUGE inconvenience, constant noise from below while staying in the condo due to the construction, and NO pool or Tiki bar, well I don't think I can give our stay even close to a satisfactory rating. When spending that kind of money, you expect more for your dollar. Or at the very least, to be notified ahead of time so you are given the option to find other accommodations.

The unit and outdoor areas were exactly as described. The only negative comment I have is that the owners need to invest in a Keurig coffeemaker. We would definitely rent the unit again.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location but furniture and living room space had large soiled area. Master bed springs made squeaking noise at every tiny move even slight movement. Living room couch very soft and without any support. Area was clean and beautifully done and great lication but definitely needs a redo on furniture and large rug

Stayed Dec 28, 2023The kitchen could have been better stocked. We had no platters or oven mitts. There was only one knife and it was serrated. The patio was not cleaned and the furniture was sparse for that size. Overall it was fine but we will book elsewhere next time.

Reviewer Comments: Theis property management didn’t say one word about the pool renovations.. not one word so therefore i am not giving them a high rated star... when people go on vacation they usually want pool access or at least an alternative pool to fall back on but vacation haven said nothing.. we have been in similar situations and a 50% discount was applied or we could opt out and cancel but not with this company which is unacceptable to me
