Great condo. Good location. Very clean. Easy to get questions answered.

Fantastic location right on the private beach. Umbrella and beach chairs set up with the property was amazing! You get sunrises and sunsets from their beach. Walking distance to coffee and shops. Very clean place, had all the supplies we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect and the view is amazing!!! Canita is a great host and is very responsive and accommodating! We have been vacationing at 30A for years and condo by far has been our favorite and we can’t wait to return!!

Year after year we are so thankful we found this place on 30A and we could not imagine not being there Thanks Canita for everything and of course the exquisite yet simple place where we can relax and enjoy all that BlueTide has to offer

The view from the condo was amazing! Let the sound of the waves crashing clear your mind.

Loved everything about our stay. We had direct access to private beach and umbrella and chairs were set up for us everyday. Felt completely safe and place was toddler friendly. The area is a short distance from many restaurants. Would stay here again!

Wasn’t super clean upon arrival. Also, only one roll of TP? Not enough. The mattress wasn’t comfortable but maybe that is personal taste. The location was great and a lovely view. Decorated nicely and all necessary appliances available but lacking in warmth. A rug would be nice.

First time on panhandle beaches of Florida. Blue Tide was a great location and the beach was beautiful. Went to Amici's (Italian) & Friends (American burgers & chicken) - both were outstanding. Seagar's Steakhouse during the week, and The Grand Marlin for Thanksgiving dinner - both SUPER! Public parking at Rosemary's and Allys Beach is difficult if not impossible to find on 30A. All restaurants on US98 had plenty of public parking so no issue there. We'll be back. 30A could use a trolley system of some kind. We were there in Nov, so not sure what's available during high season (Jun-Sep).

This unit and the host are absolutely perfect! Just the right size for 2 or 3 people. Nicely furnished, everything you need, great little back yard and right on the beach. The host was very responsive and friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Great location. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrella setup included in our stay! King size bed slept very well. Bathroom needs some attention, faucet loose at sink and a deep clean of tub & shower.. But nothing that impaired our stay..
