Welcome to your Sanibel escape. This bright, thoughtfully updated Gulf-front condo is located in sought-after Building 1 at Loggerhead Cay, just steps from the beach. Its northeast-facing orientation fills the condo with gentle natural light, offering lovely sunrise views and a calm, comfortable atmosphere throughout the day.

The open layout and large windows provide unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom. The glass-enclosed lanai features sliding glass doors, allowing you to enjoy the breeze when open or stay comfortable year-round when closed.

Situated on Sanibel’s convenient East End, the condo offers easy access to the Causeway, island bike paths, shops, and restaurants, making arrivals, departures, and day trips simple and stress-free.

The condo is spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable modern coastal furnishings, soft neutral tones, and light wood accents.

Loggerhead Cay is a quiet, Gulf-front community with a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bike racks, e-bike charging, and outdoor grills conveniently located near Building 1.

Minimum seven-night stay. Off-season flexible check-in day (Sunday check-ins avoided).

No pets. Non-smoking property. Primary renter must be at least 28. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Signed rental agreement and security deposit required.

Sanibel continues to recover beautifully following Hurricane Ian, and Loggerhead Cay was one of the first communities to complete restoration. Many restaurants and shops are open, with updates available through the Sanibel Chamber of Commerce.

This is our family’s much-loved vacation home, and we look forward to sharing it with guests. All fees are included, with no hidden charges.

    We (2 retired couples) had a fabulous time. The host was terrific and provided us very helpful information ahead of our stay. The condo was wonderful, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the bay. It was well stocked with necessities.The resort is quiet with easy access to the beautiful beach.

    Really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well stocked with things. Love the view and access to the beach. Only problem encountered was elevator did not work consistently. Made it difficult to move luggage to load and unload car. Fortunately it was just one flight of stairs.

    This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. From the first contact with Stephanie, she was awesome and worked with us to get our dates perfect. Her condo is clean, perfect, and exactly as described, only more beautiful! She purchased lounge chairs for her condo for our use. We will return.

    Highly recommend this condo! It’s beautiful and perfectly located, both on the island and on the Loggerhead property. Easy access to the beach, the pool, and the elevator. We had everything we needed in the condo, and more. It’s extremely well stocked. Stephanie is a wonderful host and was very responsive when we had any questions.

    We had a fabulous visit to Loggerhead Cay. This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back again. The property was amazing and one of the best places we have stayed at Sanibel. Thumbs up! Very nice condo with the best beach gear in a vacation unit!

    The place was great! We loved the storage unit on the 1st floor. It felt like home & we had everything we needed! We loved the bike riding & rented from Billys Rental Place! It was a beautiful island! However, we did not enjoy the no seems bugs!

    The unit is clean, comfortable, great location. Beds were comfortable and since it rained most of our stay, the condo was relaxing. There is everything you need, from towels, kitchen items, to beach items. The owner let us know that the elevator was being repaired and keot in touch with us. Will definitely return!

    This condo on Sunny Sanibel was very nice. Perfect 2 bedroom for our small family. We had a chance to be back on Sanibel Island 20 months after Ian.
