Best beach location Master bed was the most comfortable ever!

Overall it was good. Super close to the beach. Spacious. It needs some updating of furniture, cabinet facings, ceiling in kitchen and some lights didnt work properly or bulbs were blown. Bed in master and 2nd bedroom are Very hard and jets dont work in jetted tub (that was a big let down). But the balconies are perfect and view is amazing! Also, parking is right at the bottom of stairs, very nice!

Overall the condo was great! However, we had a lot of trouble with the internet and television. It was difficult to watch a television program without numerous interruptions.

Check in went very smoothly and management was very helpful. House was clean and had all kitchen appliances we needed.

The location was amazing with a very short walk to the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance aswell! Very spacious on the inside with nice furniture and amenities

On the gulf is a great getaway, right on the beach, and just minutes from awesome entertainment. Cant say enough about this place.

We just got back from our stay and are already planning to return! The condo is in a great location. It’s walkable to Peg Leg Pete’s and a short drive, or trolley ride, to the central boardwalk. As far as beach access, it couldn’t be more convenient. You walk out your door, down the stairs and are at the foot of the access bridge. Really great for those with little kids that need to be in and out all day. The condo was clean with comfy couches and beds. Having a parking spot in the garage was a huge bonus because we had a place to leave our sandy beach toys and chairs. We had an issue with the electronic lock battery and had to call Sam for help. She was very responsive and had Calvin with maintenance see what he could do. They went above and beyond and got us back in to the condo in time to get ready for our family pictures! Calvin was an absolute hero!The views from the condo are breath-taking and made for a magical trip. We will absolutely be back!

It was okay… needs updating and some cleaning … ceiling vent in the kitchen had black mold all over it… rugs were dirty and stained.

You really can't beat the location of this property. Has everything you need, check in was very smooth.

This property is terrific. It has everything you need including fantastic views and direct, quick gulf access. The unit is clean, well maintained, and provides for plenty of space.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! The location is fantastic! Quiet from the main hub of resorts and restaurants while being only a short drive (or walk) away. Beautiful beach views and so nice to have private beach access! We loved sitting on the balconies and sipping our coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets at evening!

Condo was in a nice location as we had stayed in the complex several years ago. Seemed to be a lot of construction going on during our stay. We heard concrete grinding for several days and the use of power tools on wood framing. Condo needed some repair work completed but overall a good stay.

The beach was beautiful. Location was perfect!

This was our third time staying here. Our views were spectacular! Condo was dirtier this time (food left on plates and silverware, missing light bulbs, etc…)and didn’t even have salt and pepper to use. I feel that some of the basics should be left for us to use. Normally we drive in and can bring all of our own supplies, but we flew this time, and we had to buy all the essentials. The internet was very spotty this stay. Not sure what was going on, but we struggled to get a connection, and it was hard to log in to streaming services and watch any program without it constantly pausing. Very disappointed to see there wasn’t any local cable service available. This was disheartening as we were trying to find out news on Hurricane Helene(headed our direction in 24 hrs) and ended up having to stream the Weather Channel, but no “local” news. It was a little distressing not knowing what was going on locally. Do not use the beach chair service across the street from this particular condo area. The owner was terrible about responding and we ended up having to contact him several times after we were to have our chairs/umbrella delivered. No success. We have had many times in the last few years where we needed VRBO services and have come to realize the “small” details really set certain condos/houses apart. Having basic supplies, chairs and umbrellas, current up-to-date specials for the area to choose from, and Local news availability are just a few things that we appreciate.

Would stay in the very same place on our next trip.

Great location. Nice furnishing and decor. Well supplied appliances. Comfy temperpedic bed. Thankful for the covered porch we were able to sit on during a full day of rain. Be prepared to bring luggage up many stairs to the front door. Internet coverage a bit spotty. We had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very nice and spacious. Very clean and well decorated. The only downside was the internet wasn't working properly. It wasn't that big of deal.
