    Had a great stay. Amazing views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Unfortunately hot tub was closed for repairs during our stay but pool water was warm and comfortable. Shopping, restaurants are within walking distance.

    The room was spacious and beautiful. The view was amazing. The parking was tight, and you had to wait on someone to leave if you came in after 10pm. At one point the gate pin pad would not work from the beach side and the water hose quit working to wash off your feet and floats. Other than those 3 things, we would definitely recommend Aquavista.

    During our stay 2 men came in our condo using the doorcode while my daughter was there alone. I went to drop my husband off at a nearby golf course. The men came in and claimed to be pest control and maintenance. No credentials or anything. One man stood in her bedroom doorway while they were there. Scaring her to death. The mgmt company, had no record of pest control. But somehow the men said they gave them the doorcode. As a mother I was horrified for my daughter. What if no one was home? Our belongings, jewelry etc was all there. They would of just come in without our knowledge!! Management will not take any responsibility. Also workers there sprayed concrete all over my husbands truck while we were parked in designated parking. To have strange men in there with just my daughter is unacceptable! The owner should also hold responsibility. The mattresses were also horrible. DO NOT STAY THERE! Our entire vacation was ruined

    We were supposed to be on the East coast but changed plans because of the hurricane. The property was very nice. The view was great! We had a lot of issues with the elevators but they were actively working on getting them fixed. The unit was nice but the furnishings could use updating. All in all, we had a good trip!

    We have stayed in PCB multiple times and always choose the Aquavista building. This particular condo with the building stands out as it was extremely clean. No leftover sand throughout the condo or dingy smell. The condo is in a great location as you can simply and safely walk across the street to a grocery store and it’s only a mile from Pier Park. It is also in a low rise building and on the quieter end of PCB so the beach is a lot less crowded. I would absolutely stay here again.

    We had a great time and there weren't any big dissappointments, but a motel would have had some advantages. We couldn't check in until 4 p.m. while a motel would have been 3 p.m. We had to check out by 10 a.m. while a motel would have been 11 a.m. The room had several maintenance items needed. In a motel we could call the front desk and talk to a person. At this location, they ask you to text them, but they didn't bother to reply to either of ours. They did finally respond to an email, but by then we were leaving. At a motel, you don't need to supply your own garbage bags, coffee and filters, dishwashing soap, etc... Here, they expect you to pretty much bring everything with you and empty the trash when you leave. We did have a great time, though, thanks to great access to a great beach.

    We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, with no AC, terrible smell, leak in the sink and the floors were filthy. The property management company was fairly quick to respond by text. They sent a maintenance man around 9pm that night to check the AC. He said something was put on backwards but he didn't have to tools to fix it. I contacted the company by text the next morning asking when someone would be there to fix it. They had to double check. It was fixed by the next afternoon. The leak at the sink was never addressed.

    The location was great. The stay was great, condo was spacious beautiful views but here are a few things that needs attention. The complex had only one elevator working and it was not connected to the west building, so hauling everything up and down made for an exhausting effort. The complex is not a high rise so beach space was not an issue. The condo needs a good deep clean-there were cob webs around the patio doors with loose handles, significant debris/food beside the refrigerator and washer dryer… there was no broom or mop. The sliding patio door tracks seemed corroded causing the doors not to slide open very easily without some significant muscle being used. The vertical blinds that cover the patio doors had to have several panels reinserted as they would fall off when the blinds would be opened or closed with lots of empty gaps. There where no sheets for the sofa bed so we had to handle that aspect. The AC vents had blackened areas around air vents in the living /kitchen area. The condo was not bad at all just needs some attention to a few things that are simple issues to correct. Would stay here again if the elevator works!

    The pictures online look nothing like in person. The furniture in the living room was stained and smelled. When we walked with our shoes off we all had black feet, so obviously it wasn’t cleaned properly. There’s mold starting on the ceiling. My family has allergies and everyone kept coughing and sneezing sucks they have mold issues. This place has potential just needs some updating and a better cleaning company. Getting that mold checked out. They also didn’t inform us that someone at the property would be coming in to work on the door. So we came into the room with the shock of a stranger being in there. They are also doing construction so it can be loud at times. You can hear the neighbors above us like they were remodeling. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time…

    Our family had a great stay! Clean unit, we used the pullout couch and it was comfortable. AC worked great- we would turn it down during the day and up a little at night becausd it cooled so well. Nice floor plan- we enjoyed the gulf view in the living room, dining room, and the balcony! Would stay in this unit again for sure!!
