Gulf-Front Phoenix X 3BR Condo w/ Stunning Balcony Views

The condominium was beautifully furnished. We loved it.

Very nice rental for our winter get-away! The communication with the owner before and during our trip was excellent. Comfortable beds and furniture were a huge plus, and the kitchen was very well equipped with any appliance or gadget we needed.

Great views of the beach from the room and the balcony. The balcony was spacious with plenty of room to sit outside and listen to the waves and the condo was very clean and had spacious rooms. Great check in and check out. No problems at all with anything.

Large condo. With there being 3 bedrooms was a little surprised there wasn't more furniture on patio. The patio wasn't really private since two other units could see right onto your patio. All in all nice place to stay.

The condo was very clean and nice. The beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook with. The host were so sweet and amazing about reaching out to us. The check in and parking was very simple. We had a great experience!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. As a bonus, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed breakfasts on the big gorgeous balcony, and we loved hanging out in the kitchen. The proximity to Flora-Bama was fun as well! We cant wait to visit again.

The location and size of this condo were perfect for our family. The added addition of chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch for the beach. The griddle in the kitchen was a nice addition for breakfast! The condo is how to looks and is in great location to the beach and Flora-Bama! We had a blast and will stay here again!

Great location next to FloraBama. Easy access to the beach. We had a leaking shower head in the guest bath and I let them know and someone was there to fix the problem in 30 minutes. It was very clean and family friendly.

We all enjoyed our stay so much! Had kids from 8-14 with us. They had some chairs and boogie boards already in the room which was nice. Very clean. Christa, wow. Amazing. Messaged days before check in with information. Checked on us during our stay. So very attentive. Would absolutely stay there again!

Our beach vacation was just what we were looking for. Relaxing fun in the sun. There are a ton of activities to do, but we chose to relax and have fun on the beach a majority of the time. Thank you to our host! She is the best!

This condo was great. It was very clean and plenty of kitchen plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans. The balcony was equipped with plenty of chairs for relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again.

This property and the unit especially, is one me and my family really enjoyed and will definitely visit again. The unit is well stocked with everything you need with easy access to the trash chute and parking garage. We have teenagers so being in this location was the perfect fit due to the proximity of everything from food to entertainment for teens and adults. Christa, our host, was most excellent from the second we booked through the end of our stay. Right off the bat we chatted on the phone and she emailed recommendations and times on things going on during our stay in the area. You can tell when someone cares that you are satisfied with a service provided and that was obvious in our dealings. She always ensured we were satisfied and wanting to know anything she can do to provide an even better experience for future visitors. Thanks for a great week away and we will return in the future.

Room was amazing and just as advertized

This was by far my family’s favorite condo and beach vacation! Everything was perfect. The host was so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect!

This property is wonderful! Location is great…we only left in a vehicle one time the whole four days! The owner was very accommodating! She sent emails with information about the area and fun things that were happening that weekend. We even had a treat left for us in the condo! 100% would stay here again!

I have stayed at the Phoenix X several times but this unit was by far the best! There was thoughtful consideration given to every aspect of this unit to ensure that the guest are comfortable! The owner communicated very well & very quickly to all of my questions! I will definitely choose this unit again!
