Maravilla 2201 sits in gulf-front Building 2, steps from Maravilla's private, 2.5-acre gated beach, the largest private beach in the area, reached by a deeded private beach access entry point. This is not a public beach walk. This is your beach, steps from the building.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 house-trained dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. Pets must be groomed, kept off furniture and beds, and crated if left alone. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Required Booking and Stay Policies

. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Travel Insurance Strongly recommended.

. Parking and Community Access Parking is first come, first served with permit required. Standard passenger vehicles only. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

    The view from the balcony, the living area and the master bedroom was amazing. Both bathrooms were very small. The shower in the guest was teeny. The kitchen was not well supplied - no spices - not even salt and pepper, all of the pots were on the smaller size, no wine glasses. The renters in the condo above us were noisy - sounded like they were moving furniture and walking with heavy shoes on. The street between us and the beach was very noisy with lots of traffic and people driving around with very loud music.

    We loved the location and condo. The view and corner room couldn’t have been better. Stairs right outside the room made it easy to access also. Beach access was great and very easy to come and go. Guys working the chairs on the beach were awesome and the chairs/umbrella coming with the unit is a huge plus. We enjoyed all the activity and people around the property also. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

    Great area for families with young children. There was some confusion with the rules or policy of LDVita and what beach chairs are reserved. Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice view of the ocean.

    We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the coffee maker and one of the showers. They replaced the coffee maker right away and came to fix the shower. I will book with them again. Very friendly and easy to work with!!!

    Great location and the condo is nice and cozy. Windows and balcony open up to an amazing ocean view. Everything was in good condition and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Beach is just across the street and comes with two chairs and an umbrella. Great for our two small dogs. We will come again. Thank you!

    Room was clean and very nice. Beautiful view. Host was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. Master bath too small, pool too small, oven was broken, limited tv channels, no trash cans on property except for the disposals located at complete other end of parking lot.
