    The property was exactly as described, the view of the gulf was spectacular. Communication with the host was great. The only bad thing is the owner closet where chairs and umbrellas are stored. It’s dark, not easily accessible, no way to prop the door open. The roof ladder is in the way and several beach chairs are broken.

    I wanted to love this condo so much but I had mixed feelings. This was probably our 6th or 7th time coming to Sanibel and first time at Pointe Santo. The condo had everything we needed, the property manager was great, the bed was comfortable, the space was amazing and would be awesome for a family or group and the views were incredible! We watched dolphins swim by from the condo every day and met some great people. The amenities at Pointe Santo were also great and the location on the beach and Island were also some of my favorite things.The not so great things... the rooftop balcony be aware is so cool but due to the amount of sun during the day and no seeums on the island right now it isn't very usable. It needed some sort of shade up there and a screen door down to the lower balcony which was also hard to use due to the amount of bugs. Which is not a reflection of the condo but something to consider. We also had to call the property manager one day as I found ants all over some of my clothes. They quickly corrected that but for the price of the stay should not have happened. I would rent again especially if I brought some of our family down because the space and amenities of the condo are great and the location on the beach is phenomenal.
