Stayed Jan 15, 2026The host was responsive. The condo though was disappointing. It was “tired”…furniture heavy and outdated and too much for the space. No dresser to put clothes in.. bunch of stuff. We loved the location though!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Sugar Beach Condominiums was a very cute place to stay if you desire a comfy trip with direct access to the beach. My only complaints were about the elevator and the parking. The elevator is slow and stifling hot, and there is only one. Parking is first-come, first-serve which is a bit risky especially of they don’t count the number of parking passes they hand out. But we managed to make it work for all four nights of our trip, and we had a great time. Our property manager was kind, helpful, and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The king sized bed is definitely big enough to fit three ladies comfortably if necessary and if they don’t mind sharing a bed! The couch also pulled out into a full-sized bed (I think), and the chair next to it unfolded and flattened into a sleeping area for one person. If you plan to cook/bake while you’re there, I recommend bringing your own baking sheets. Come prepared, or even over-prepared! We made alot of use out of the kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool(s) and the pickleball/tennis court. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The condo itself is small and dated but overall was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. My 2 teens shared the upstairs loft and I brought an air mattress for my little one and I to use on the living room floor because I did not want to gamble on the comfort of pull-out couch. It is quite close to everything and while the pools aren’t huge, there are 3 of them plus a very shallow kiddie pool. Very easy access to the beach and parking is covered. I would stay here again.
