Gulf Front Luxury 4BR/4.5 Ba with HUGE balcony, amazing views

This condo is fabulous. All the beds are comfortable. Everything you need from a kitchen is there. But the deck , WOW. The deck has plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and a gorgeous view. We also enjoyed the convenience of being on the second floor right by the stairs. It’ll be hard to wait until ext fall to return!

Clean and comfortable condo. Had everything we needed for cooking. The four King beds were very comfortable and such a beautiful balcony for us to spend some time on to see the Gulf. Would highly recommend. The owners were great to communicate with.

This property was beautiful. Plenty of room, everything was clean, and everything was in good shape. The outdoor pool was large, but the indoor pool was cold. I would definitely recommend the place for anyone.

Loved everything! So beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen for anything you could want. Extra ice maker too! Even some beach equipment as well! The balcony was very big, spacious with room for everyone! Comfortable outdoor furniture to sit outside and relax. Laurie the owner was great to communicate with! If you are looking for a great place, this is it!

This condo was perfect for our family for several reasons: It was surprisingly large and spacious; the kitchen was well-stocked; all four bedrooms/bathrooms were en-suite; the entire family loved the huge balcony, which was safe for our littles; the indoor pool was great for the rainy days; there were many kid friendly things to do in the area; the beach was not crowded and it was great for finding sea shells. Perfect!

Wonderful condo with lots of room! Kitchen has everything you need if you want to dine in! The location was great and owner nice and easy to message if you have any questions. Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent use of space and well equipped. Laurie was very responsive to any issues we had. We had 8 adults and two children 4 and under.

We really enjoyed our visit to orange beach/Perdido key and our stay at this property. The condo is an end unit on the second floor. It was quiet and we didn’t have an issue with hearing other guests at night. The resort property isn’t huge so there was lots of room on the beach to be spread out. There is beach chair service which made it easier to get to and from the beach with kids every day without having to haul chairs with us. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor pool/hot tub. The outdoor has two large shallow ends, giving lots of space for littles to swim. The outdoor pool was pretty cloudy colored all week but not in control of the owner of this rental. Even with the jellyfish in town and not being able to be in the gulf most of the time, the pools were never too crowded. The property is located in a great part of orange beach. Lots of restaurants located close by, and a gas station and grocery store just a short drive away. The property manager is so quick to respond and seems to care very much that you enjoy your stay. We plan on coming back to this location!

The location of the condo could not be more perfect. It's a corner unit so no one bordering on one side. It's also by the stairs which we found easier to go up and down than walk down the hall to the elevator. The building itself is on the end of a line of condos so the beach in front is a quieter area as well. There were 7 of us sharing the condo and there was more than enough space for all of us. We loved the outdoor area. We cooked a lot while we were there and all appliances worked. There are plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. We will absolutely stay at this condo again if we are ever in the area. The owner was amazing and worked with us when we needed to reschedule due to family issue. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

We had an amazing Orange Beach Vacation! I used VRBO for the first time for this trip. Choosing to stay at Grand Pointe 214 was the best decision. Laurie was so easy to work with! The condo was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The location was perfect and the view was gorgeous! We will definitely be back!!

Grand Pointe 214 was a wonderful accommodation for myself & 7 friends. The complex location & size allows for wonderful beach setting. The Perdido Pass was also fun to watch boats & dolphins.

We had 10 family members in our group and the size of the unit was perfect. It was clean, well stocked and the view was spectacular. The pool and the beach were easily accessible and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The beds are comfy and the master bath is HUGE! Even with a couple of days of strong winds our family vacation was perfection and we all agree we would stay here again on our next visit!!

Very spacious condo. Second floor. Close to the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen, family room and patio were very well furnished. Great stay.
