Condo was in a great location with absolutely beautiful views. The interior (living room furniture, bedroom linens) need updating but otherwise it was very nice. Everything you could need was supplied in kitchen. We had a party of four so we had to wash towels each day because you’re only supplied one per person. We will be booking again.

I decide on condos based on reviews so I feel it is important to be honest. Here goes. The floors could be cleaner. If my bare feet are dirty in the first 15 minutes, they are not clean enough. Please put a bottle of soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. A tiny bar of hotel soap is not ok. I am on vacay I shouldn’t have to bring my own soap to wash my hands. Furniture was dusty, idk if there had even been someone staying there right before us so maybe that’s why it was dusty. Fridge and freezer needed baking soda. Smelled like fish so our ice we bought smelled like fish. Dryer does not work well. Took a good while to dry one load of clothes. Overall the condo was spacious and nice. It just needs some personal touches, upgrade dryer, and better cleaning. If you want a hotel type setting, this place is for you! We were on a girls trip. View is great, condo is great size and location is awesome. I had stayed in another condo in Long Beach only two weeks earlier by different hosts and it felt like home, not a hotel. I like to be comfortable. Just my honest opinions.

Wonderful stay! We loved every second of it.

Check in was easy and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. Location is convenient to everything. Wasn’t the cleanest room. Sand was still on the floors, clothing tags from previous renters was still on bedroom floor, medication was on dresser from previous renters was still there. The beach chair rental guys are lazy! They do not keep track of who rents what and people were seated in our chairs on 2 different occasions. The resort itself is very dated and needs alot of repairs. We stayed 7 yrs ago and it was totally different Do not plan on returning to this resort.

We were very pleased with the condo. The layout was perfect to separate the kids from the adults. Stocked with plenty of dishes and bedding. Very spacious. However, the living room couch and love seat could certainly use a deep clean. The marks and stains visible do not give an inviting/relaxing vibe. The dryer did not work. I washed a load of towels and it took me a whole day to dry them. I had to separate them and dry 3 at a time, which still took several hours. One of the drains in the master bath did not function correctly, so my husband and I shared 1 sink. Overall, the issues we had did not compromise our vacation. They were minor inconveniences. A little bit of TLC, and I would be more than happy to rent this same condo again!

Very relaxing!!!

Overall we were very happy w/the condo, location & view are fabulous! just a few things that would have made it a little better: had to dry towels/clothes several cycles for them to dry, beds in 2nd bedroom weren’t very comfortable (per our family) and the dishwasher was dead (maintenance came but didn’t get fixed/replaced before end of our stay) so had to hand wash dishes all week. But other than that had great trip!

We have stayed at LBR several times ! Always enjoy it!!!

We enjoyed our stay. So much room in the condo. And having two beach chairs were especially nice. The only thing needed were potholders to take things out of the oven. I will definitely stay here again.

The property location was perfect for us. The property itself was very nice. We were disappointed that the main pool lights had been broken for weeks and had not been fixed. We did not have the option for night swimming at the largest pool. We had asked to be informed of possibly checking in early, but there was no communication sent to us that the property was even ready when it was supposed to be. The condo was very nice and spacious and was very clean. I wish there had been more kitchen essentials such as Tupperware, containers to mix drinks in, etc. There were no pot holders or oven mitts. It would have also been nice to have a few cleaning supplies under the sink as we have always had that at other condos. Overall, we were happy with the stay though and would definitely stay there again.

Condo was exactly at pictured. Easy check in. Some minor issues but nothing that ruined our stay or required immediate assistance

We had a great time. Location was in perfect spot for easy access to anything you want to do. Only thing I would suggest is maybe some maintainer on the dryer. We had to dry multiple times to get things dried.

Great property very clean. We enjoyed the experience and will stay again in the future.
