We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute. The views from the balcony overlooking beach were a plus. While we didn’t spend much time on the balcony, there was a high top table and chairs to enjoy also a lounge chair was present. There are folding chairs to sit on the beach and an umbrella. The gym, pool and hot tub was a plus and even though I didn’t use the sauna there is one in the gym. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook with and the furniture in living room made for a comfortable sitting area. Satellite TV is present. If you’re looking for a nice place to get away, I highly recommend this unit. The owners checked in periodically via text message to make sure everything was okay.

Beach view was awesome. Condo had everything we needed.

We had everything we needed and then some. The host was great at providing plenty of dishes, toilet paper, toys, chairs, shower accessories and blankets and pillows. Everything was clean and it was an excellent trip! I would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you all so much!!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. One elevator was out of order but the other was working and it was not a major issue. The kiddie pool was great for our 4 year old. The access to the beach was incredibly convenient! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view and beach. Condo needs updating especially the furniture. Only living room seating is very hard uncomfortable sectional couch. No other seating in the room to get comfortable. Needs new electrical plugs in one bedroom. All light fixtures appear outdated (one blinked like a strobe light, lol) Condo was clean. Had to cut vacation short mainly because of uncomfortable living room seating.

This was the perfect size for our party of 6 - two littles, two parents, and two grands. We especially appreciated that there weren’t fragile/breakable trinkets all over the place, so our kids were safe and not in danger of breaking stuff. Communication with hosts was perfect - thorough, timely, friendly. The beach was great, having Sea & Suds next door was super convenient, and we loved being close to grocery, shops, and even a little nature boardwalk trail. Also loved the building’s community beach toys, where we sometimes grabbed an inner tube or sand bucket to borrow for a couple hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool area was small as well as bunk room. Gym was nice as well as beach access. Had a great time with family.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance to everything we needed. The condo also had beach supplies and offered a lot to do. Andrea/Andy are great hosts and were very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Foldout bed in living room was not cleaned out properly. TV did not work in 3rd bedroom. It wanted you to buy PPV. No stations worked. There was also no light in 3rd bedroom. Had to use a lamp to see. Toilet looked nasty in Primary barhroom. No caulking around base it appeared to be dirt. Rental has potential to be great, but it definitely needs some attention.

The 8 of us enjoyed our stay . Great location for walking to restaurants and gift shops . Watched dolphins almost every morning and evening from the balcony .The only complaints Is the elevators! Wait time can be up to 15 minutes during certain times . The pool is also pretty small along with the parking spots in the garage. Over all the stay was nice .

I had never rented a place thru vrbo. I was a bit concerned but i talked to the owner and he was great, and made me feel at ease It was everything the ad said and then some They have everything you could possibly need in the condo already I will be booking with them again No doubt HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The condo was well equipped with everything we neeeee. It had a great view and was nice and clean. The owner was very easy to work with and communicate with. Overall it was a wonderful trip and we would definitely go back.
