Beach Service included in all March through October rentals - 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily (value of $36 per day / $224 per week). Personal umbrellas are not allowed by our HOA on the beach during this time so this is a great perk!

Our view is absolutely amazing! The balcony runs the entire length of the unit and has glass and metal rails rather than spindles for an unobstructed view of the sugary sand beach and the emerald coast. In addition to the unbeatable view, this spacious Sterling Sands 2 bed/2 bath, 1,200 square foot condo provides visitors with a stunning interior filled with all of your needs and more!
The unit is located on the 3rd Floor of the building – the main level is covered parking and we have a dedicated parking space near the west side elevator included with the rental. There is plenty of additional parking in the front of the building.
Sterling Sands is a low-rise condo with only 110 units, making our property and beach less crowded than others in the area. There is onsite maintenance and security. In late 2022 and early 2023, several updates were made to the exterior of the property including new paint colors and updates to the pool and hot tub.
The heated pool and hot tub are Gulf Front, right next to the beach – there are no streets to cross and gates keep the property secure. Wrist bands are required to access the south side of the property. There is also a grilling area and a fitness center, each located on opposite ends of the pool/hot tub.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a large dining area and a comfortable living room. We have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer along with an ice machine - very convenient for filling up your cooler for the pool or the beach! In the living room is a wet bar with a mini fridge for added convenience. There’s also a new flat screen Smart TV with cable and movies for the family to enjoy. The couch opens up to a queen size sofa sleeper. The unit has been updated with new tile flooring, new furniture and bedding in both bedrooms, furnishings and artwork that capture the island charm that makes Destin an ideal vacation spot.
The roomy Gulf Front master suite also features a flat screen Smart TV and DVD player and large on-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and stand-alone shower. There are two separate sinks, one located inside the bathroom and one located outside the bathroom near the master closet. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway, next to the 2nd bedroom which features a queen bed with 2 bunks so most families don’t need to hassle with the sofa sleeper. This bedroom also has a Smart TV and DVD player.
Our unit is fully stocked with linens and towels – including beach towels!
Sterling Sands is located in the heart of Destin and is within walking distance to many popular attractions. Directly across the street is the Track (go-karts, arcade games, bumper cars and mini-golf). We’re also near the popular Back Porch restaurant (just a short walk down the beach), Big Kahuna Water Park and Henderson Beach State Park. There are plenty of other family friendly restaurants, retail shops, the Silver Sands Shopping Outlet Mall, bowling alley and movie theaters nearby.
Destin is also known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”! Destin Harbor and the Okaloosa Island Pier are just a short drive from the condo. There are several places where you can rent water crafts, fishing gear and purchase bait.
No Pets are allowed (per our HOA) and Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted on the property other than the designated covered structure located near the entrance of the property on Highway 98. Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the unit or on the balcony facing the pool/ocean or the breezeway (also per the HOA). Fines may be charged for smoking in areas other than the designated location.
The occupancy limit is 6 guests. Please note our HOA will only distribute 6 wristbands total for our unit upon payment of the Amenity Use Fee ($15 plus tax per guest 5 and older). All guests 5 and older must wear wristbands when using the pool.
For added security, our unit has an external Ring Doorbell camera that faces out to the entryway and breezeway. This is not checked or monitored during a guest's stay unless a complaint is received.

We had an amazing stay in Destin. The condo was perfect !!! We have stayed in this unit before and I highly recommend it!! Lots of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. The owner reached out to me a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay !!! She was amazing !! We will be back !!
Excellent beach stay ! Very clean ! Lots of care was taken with this unit for guests to feel welcome . Ocean bedroom has a king bed that was very comfortable, which is important. Guest bedroom has the perfect setup :) We will definitely be returning to book this unit
This has been our 6th year at Sterling Sands and this unit is our favorite. The owners have thought of everything and we felt right at home. Everything from top to bottom was super clean and very nice! All beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. The stand alone ice maker was a huge bonus along with garage parking and complimentary beach service! The owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

We have never been to Destin before so I had no idea where to stay, etc. Fortunately, we LOVED this condo! it was spotlessly clean, felt very spacious, had an amazing view of the beach and was in a great location! We were no more than 10 min from anywhere we wanted to go. The proximity to parking/elevator/etc could not have been better. The beverage fridge was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and late afternoons. The beach chairs/umbrella were really nice to have (note: if you want to rent additional chairs do it first thing in the morning because they run out). The beach never felt crowded, neither did the pool. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach is amazing. Kori was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. My husband wants to book this again next year! I highly recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view. The property was very clean and so comfortable. Kori was friendly and easy to work with and thought of everything needed for a week at the beach. The ice maker was an added bonus. Can't wait to come back in the Spring!!!
My wife and I just spent a week at Kori’s wonderful condo in Destin. Kori was wonderful to work with….the condo was clean…well stocked….A/C worked great….bed was comfy…the view was spectacular….Augustine and the beach service crew were great! We can’t wait to come back!
First of all I stay here every year but not in the same unit , the property is older but nice , I have had some problems in the past with the units not being clean and the elevator not working but this visit the only problem I had was that the covered parking space was really tight and unless everyone parks just right it is hard to get in and out of your car but this is no really big deal for me . Lets talk about the unit 313 is a nice unit , it is not perfect but it was nice and clean and the ice machine was a big plus. I always enjoy my visit even with any problems that I have with the property and if I do have an issue it is taken care of ASAP . I usually like to stay up on the 5th floor but I wouldn't have a problem staying in this unit again .
