It was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and most of importantly, quiet!

Check-in was easy, kitchen has everything one would need, another plus is it’s close to pretty much everything. Balcony was big and spacious to watch the dolphins every morning will drinking our coffee.

We had an awesome stay at Island Royale! The condo was well kept, clean and stocked with everything needed! The view is amazing, and the location is ideal, close to everything in Gulf Shores! Checking in was a breeze, as well as the exit! We will use this location and P503 again in the future!

The condo was perfect, had all the essentials, was very clean and was nicer in-person than I. The pictures. The location was perfect as it was near restaurants, putt putt, etc. Everything was better than expected!

No smoking is posted and yet someone had to be smoking pot on the property. We paid a lot of money to sit on the balcony and enjoy the gulf view. I don’t appreciate someone else making it uncomfortable for me to do so!! After it happened a few times, we finally yelled “no smoking” and that did seem to work, but really…we shouldn’t have to be sitting on the balcony yelling at the neighbors! It was also pervasive several times in the outdoor corridor by our condo. Our condo itself was very nice and clean (except for a bucket of dirty water the cleaning staff forgot to empty). That was easily fixed-we just dumped it and put the bucket in the laundry room. The bed was comfortable. The shower in the guest bath was good. The shower off the master was painful. Very sharp stinging hurtful spray, so we just used the other one. We did enjoy our week except for what I’ve already mentioned.

The condo is more beautiful than what the pictures show. Fabulous view of the Gulf.

The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach. The furnishings and amenities were nice. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion is to upgrade the shower heads and bath fixtures. The water comes out so forcefully I tied a towel around it to dissipate the pressure. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Good instructions for check in. Clean unit and nicely stocked.

This property is overlooking the beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. It is well appointed and has a covered deck that overlooks the beautiful Gulf Shore. Very comfortable we stayed for 3 weeks. There is also a washer and dryer. Owner is easy to work with and answers questions quickly. Gulf Shores is an interesting place to visit !!

My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic last minute getaway. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and nicely decorated. The location is amazing! Ron made some suggestions for local dinner options. Every restaurant we tried was great. I could not have asked for anything better. Thank you!

This was our second stay in this unit. It suits our needs to a tee! Great views, convenient parking with elevator access. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants are nearby. We'll be staying here again!

Don’t want to go back ugliest beach I have ever seen or been to. No waves in the day. Just dirty and seaweed filled. There are way way better beaches all over. I would skip Alabama and Mississippi. Louisiana doesn’t count in mo

Property was perfect for what we needed. The air conditioner was a little iffy!

This is the perfect condo right on the beach. It’s close to everything that you need. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. Clean and updated. You even have your own private parking spot. It couldn’t be better.

We enjoyed our week very much. The ocean view was fantastic, and we have stayed on the gulf multiple times elsewhere, but this rental was our favorite. huge balcony, comfortable beds and quality furniture. thank you!

Overall, our stay was fantastic!!! The condo, the beach, the weather, all were perfect!!! The owner was great communicating with 1st time VRBO guest and Gulf Shore visitors. We loved it!!!! Our only suggestion is a little TLC or update to the bathrooms, but they were spotless and clean.

Everything about this condo met my family’s expectations! Our main highlights include the condo’s pool and spa area, the convenience of being right on the beautiful gulf shores beach, and the balcony from which we saw sting rays and dolphins! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
