Gulf Front in Seagrove Beach, 1st Floor, Sleeps 6 + Free Attraction Tickets!

This is a beautiful property in our favorite location. The view from the patio and the proximity to the beach are awesome. We didn't go there to watch TV or surf the web, but the internet speed and TV service in the living room are not great. But again, the property and the location are great.

Reviewer Comments: my wife and i had a great time...the condo was clean except for the rug near the sliding glass door to the outside porch...where the white chair in the photo was damaged and a yellow chair was also damaged...the sitting slats were out due to the screws not holding them in place...dangerous...we would like to rent the same condo the next time...if the chairs are fixed...

Most of the unit was outdated but clean, and that’s most important. The guests above us changed while we were there. Both were very noisy but unavoidable in a bottom unit. There were musty smells in places which concerned me about moisture. The couch and chairs were nice and comfy! Two main disappointments: the internet went in and out our entire stay. Lagging every five minutes or so. I text about it once. Benchmark told me to resent the router but it wasn’t where she said it was so we just went to bed. Also the king mattress was very worn on the sides. I was in pain during the night and felt crippled after sleeping on it each night. Too soft for us.

The staff is very responsive to needs and kept us informed during hurricane Helene - we were not in an evacuation area. Love the size and location of this condo.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Easy checkin process and perfect location. I did try multiple times to contact management through email and received no response and that was disappointing. Outside of that it was great.
