Gulf Front in Seagrove, Amazing Views, Pool + Free Attraction Tickets!

We stayed here last year as well. It was a great beach front location for us last year. Last year the master bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable and worn down. We gave that feedback after our stay last year and we are excited to report the mattress was updated and quite comfy. Only 2 complaints we have is with it being a 2nd floor location, needless to say the renters above us were like a family of elephants and walked SO HEAVY so we were kept up all hours of the night and couldn’t snag a quick nap during the day. The other concern was a HUGE cockroach we found in the master bathroom floor and my husband spotted one in the living room. We couldn’t kill the one in the living room but did the one in the bathroom.Great management company - great with prompt communication and easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The area is so nice and the beach is amazing. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you so much for a relaxing week at the beach!!

The condo was just right for us. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated. The appliances in kitchen are new along with a new washer dryer. Benchmark was very easy to reach and responded promptly to any requests. Thanks for a nice 2 weeks.

The kitchen and laundry appliances were updated which was great, but the furniture in the living room we covered with a sheet to even sit on. There were also water spots on the ceiling and the bathrooms could use a refresh. Again, the location was perfect and compensated for some of the other factors. However, for the price being paid and other comparable units, this one needs to up the game. It’s hard to assess the cleanliness of the condo when we couldn’t even sit on the furniture without putting a sheet in it, we bought a swifter and used it daily. Lastly it was nice there were sand toys in the unit which was great for our daughter.
