This property has a great space and everything we needed. It was very close to the beach! The balcony in the room was very spacious. The only negative is the hotel next door was super loud!

The view was stellar. Beach was great. But the property was worn. Many rusty fixtures and the dryer door had to be taped shut to work.I assumed a ‘first floor’ condo would not have stairs (10) to unit. Would have appreciated a more thorough description. Had issues with cell service and was misinformed about wi-fi code and had to communicate back and forth on text to rectify.

The condo was just as pictured and the beaches in the area are beautiful. Brought our dog with us to see how she would do for a road trip since the condo was pet friendly. Found out on day 3 that the beach was permit only for dogs for resident families. But with plenty of walking and bike trails we took her there. We had a great trip.

No Internet. Needs paint, new bed, new sofa, all new kitchen utensils, new lighting.

Great location and views of the gulf! Very unhappy with benchmark managing company’s communication and willingness to fix our internet issues. We stayed for 10 days and did not have internet the entire time. I messaged benchmark the first day and they never attempted to fix it and ultimately ended up just ignoring my messages the next 4 days. Initially they told me it was an area wide issue however every other unit had internet that I spoke with (made several friends). Very unprofessional and ended by telling me I should contact the internet provider directly. I had no idea who this even was and if did very unlikely they would have assisted me as a renter without any account information. Terrible service from managing group and as a owner of a rental property myself I would be very displeased with them treating my guest this way

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and made up for all the other things that weren’t. We didn’t have wifi the entire time and “they were still working on it” at the end of our stay. We needed to get some work done while we were there and had to use our phones as hotspots instead which had very spotty reception in that area. That also meant that we couldn’t watch any streaming services on the TVs. The back sliding door does not lock and you have to use a wooden stick to jam in the door at night. The bathroom needs a major update and deep clean. It worked for us in a pinch but it wasn’t a place I would recommend to others. I enjoyed the location and would probably seek another unit in that complex instead.

But here is my list of Pros and Cons:Pros: The location in proximity to the beach was amazing!The condo was clean and had a strong smell of bleach on arrival. The bed was comfortable. The Living Room area was comfortable with lots of places to sit and relaxThe Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, silverware etc.Lots of bath towels!Cons:The metal framed bed was squeaky. The floor of the bedroom closet was full of extra decorative items so there was almost no room for shoes or storage of suitcases.The WiFi signal was moderate in living area and multiple devices we had we would have to go to bedroom to to re-establish WiFi connection. Plus Internet was slow some of the time. Also be aware that if you have Verizon cellular service, there was no signal inside condo. Had to go out on porch or front door to get signal. This is not fault of condo owner. Even restaurant in Seaside had no Verizon signal inside. Only a drip coffee maker and very tiny old toaster in the kitchen.Bring your own kitchen and bathroom hand soap, toilet paper, tissue paper and paper towels. We’ve never stayed anywhere around the world where these supplies were so “skimpy”Also bring all of your own food prep items, even salt and pepper. There was none of these items in the condo. Cleaning staff showed up at 8:45 to clean the day of our departure.

It was all we were looking for! We had a great time!
