There was a leak in the ceiling over the bed in the second bedroom during the night. Had to sleep on the couch. Had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of. Rental Property company said it was HOAs problem. Then HOA said they were responsible for only part of it...back and forth. I just wanted to be in vacation.Both bathrooms are outdated and in poor state.2nd bathroom...-bathtub doesn't drain -only one door for the sliding doors for the shower/tub -water stains on the ceiling-shell picture on the wall, the frame is coming apart Master bath...-water stains on the ceiling -of the 3 sinks available only one had both hot and cold knobs working. The double sink vanity, both sinks only the hot knob worked. There were towels under the left sink like there had been a leak. So the whole vanity was useless.-hair dryer doesn't work. It has some burn/melted looking spots on it Besides the water leak in the ceiling in the 2nd bedroom, the 2nd drawer in the dresser is brokenThe ice machine in the freezer was froze up. We couldn't use it. Bought ice Why didn't I report all of this? I didn't want to spend my vacation dealing with repairs that should have been taken care of before we got there during the cleaning and inspection. I didn't want to deal with people traipsing in and out of our rented condo at all times of the day and doing repairs. I just wanted to be on vacation. My cousin and i are both care givers for our aged parents who have dementia and wanted rest.

Great location and very nice property.

Comfortable, lovely place. As listed, there are no beach chairs available for guests. We chose to spend time at the beautiful pool instead. It was a quick trip, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walked across the street to Peg Leg Pete’s, which was delicious and convenient! Such a fun quick getaway!

Very nice property! Clean, up to date, only ran into a couple of minor issues. The bifold doors in the second bedroom were falling off of the track before we even walked in the room. Not a big deal, but it rendered the closet virtually useless. Overall a clean, nice condo. Will try to stay again!

Had never been to Pensacola! Location of Condo perfect, inside was beautiful and well furnished! Just lovely. Only draw back for us was no washer/dryer in unit and pull out couch in a bedroom. Otherwise just awesome! So responsive and clear with directions making process easy!

This condo was very clean and as pictured, however the pull out couch was not in the living room and is in one the bedrooms. Otherwise it was a great stay for me and my family!

Our stay at Sans Souci was great. Directions were clear, check-in super easy and management ensured we had everything needed. Great view of the beach and easy access. Would highly recommend.

Enjoy our visit although shorter than we had expected to stay due to the snow storm that came through. I would DEFINATELY stay at this location again. Very clean and comfortable.

I selected this property based on a review and I am so glad I did! The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! No crowds, beautiful views, very peaceful. An awesome restaurant and trolley stop across the street. We were a party of six and had room to move around and thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. This unit is a corner unit. You have a view of the gulf to the right and the bay to the left. The most beautiful sunrises can be seen from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels!! Kitchen had all the essentials. The blender did not work but no worries, we brought one. The pool area and property, in general, were clean. I will most definitely stay at San Souci in the future. Awesome is the best word for this property.

Perfect spot, no over crowded beaches, close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. Condo had everything we needed.

Every area of the condo was spotlessly clean. Pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful beach decor done in very good taste. Location is great with easy access to several good restaurants. Views from the balcony were fantastic. You can see beach and ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Highly recommend this condo and I am certain I will be renting again!
