Gulf-Front Gem Is A Perfect Vacay Hideaway!!

Alot of PROS for this property - The condo was very neat and overlooked the beach. Beach acess was excellent. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. Actually used the barbecue grill (only one of them was usuable). I had booked it so far in advance that I had to call the property manager to walk me through the process to check-in when I got an email for my upcoming stay. They were very courteous and were a great help. Televisions have live local stations but you can use your own streaming services. The TV's do not have a master sign out of those services (which I forgot to do and did when I got home. New appliances in the kitchen. The washer and dryer worked well. Publix and Winn Dixie are close in case you need to pick up some food items you didn't want to travel with them. My CONS for the property - It was stocked with many amenities but I only had two washcloths for a 5 day stay. I called the property manager on the second day of my stay and have yet to hear back for more towels. It was not an urgent request so I did not select the emergency service option on the automated phone system. I just went to Dollar General and bought some for the remainder of the stay. The refrigerator was showing that the filter needed to be replaced so was a little wary of the ice maker but we are still alive. There was a leak around the toilet. I thought it was just a one off on the third day but it came back on the last night/morning.

Great place to stay to overlook the ocean. Will definitely return to stay in same condo.

Very comfortable condo right on the beach. Quiet, clean, beautiful beach location. Easy parking, lots of restaurant options close by. I’d stay there again!

Great view, cozy, quiet nice furniture on the lanai and kitchen well equipped. Unfortunately the door to the freezer only opens about 30% so difficult to put some items in it. The front hallway rug is very worn as is the bedroom rug. We also had an issue with the toilet with the overflow tube which had come off and water was leaking out of the top and on to the floor. Luckily , we were there and I fixed it. We also were told the pool would be heated. Having said all this.I would definitely come back..

We loved the view, the beach access, the ease of check-in, the comfortable bed, beautiful up-to-date furnishings, staying In the middle of everything. This condo had everything we needed for a week-long stay in Perdido Key.

Location was amazing and the unit was beautiful. I would not change a thing about that. Our only issue was they were doing construction in front of the elevator. We were originally told that the elevators would be fully accessible only to find out on Friday they would not be available Friday or Saturday. My partner has MS and climbing steps is difficult on a good day. This was frustrating, but having to carry luggage down flights of stairs just tipped the frustration scale to down right pissed off. Upfront honest communication would have allowed us to make a better decision for my partner’s health and safety.

Property was just like the listing photos. Location to the beach was amazing, just pack your beach bag & walk out! Would definitely love to make a return visit!

Had a great stay. Very easy process from inquiry/booking to checkout. Awesome views of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Unit very clean and easily accessible. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautifully decorated condo. It was perfect for what we needed - relaxation, beach time, workout. Great location and distance to the beach. Clean, quiet, and nice patio. Did not want to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Great place! I have only 2 complaints.1 Booking was a hastle as i had to send them a pic of my id. I wasnt comfortable with this but it was not optional. 2 The property was vacant the night before our stay and therefore i asked for early check in. While i did eventually get it it was alot of back and forth.

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The condo looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed the view and the amazing location. Plenty of food choices plus grocery stores close by. Check in was convenient with the code on the door. Kitchen was wonderful with plenty of utensils and pots. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for letting us enjoy the property.

Great property and excellent location!

Perfect space for my husband and I. Beautiful view of the ocean and it was great to walk down in the morning and put our chairs on the beach for the day. Check out Jellyfish across the street, great food!
