Stayed Nov 1, 2025Condo was as advertised. RealJoy with Becky and Tammy were very professional when we had a couple of hiccups.. This is an excellent condo with a great location. Can’t beat it. We will return again.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024The condo was nice enough and clean. Some of the furniture is different and not as nice as what’s in the pictures. This unit is managed by a firm and they couldn’t give specific information about the unit. Plenty of parking in the deck across the street. The rain caused puddles by the elevators and common areas which was a pain. Lots of amenities! And the chair service (no umbrellas) was nice for the 2 hours with no rain. Lots of fees tacked on, but still not a bad price.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024My family of 5 enjoyed the condo the last full week in July. Everyone had their own space and we were all comfortable in the 4th floor space. Pool was great (cleaned daily)! Beach was awesome, especially the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely visit Ocean Villa again!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Our stay was amazing and the property is the perfect location. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. Dust on the headboards of the beds, moldy interior shower curtains, dirty appliances and dishes.
