Two popular shopping destinations are the shops at Tanger Outlets, situated just north of the beach, as well as The Wharf in Orange Beach, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. If digging into nature is on the agenda, visit the backcountry trails, go kayaking or canoeing, and explore the Gulf State Park or Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Things to Know



All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.



ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY

Beginning 9/2025 through 5/20/2026.

Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work.

All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below.

As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests.

This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.

    Rented through VRBO working with Vacasa management group. Pre trip communications were very good. Directions were very clear. Had a bit of trouble with door lock codes but called management group and resolved issue quickly. First unit had furnance issues and again called management group to report issue. First representative from Vacasa was not helpful and very rude. The remaini g individuals were truly magnificent with the repositioning process. Vacasa representative found us a new unit within the building and had us moved within and hour. Second unit gave us door lock issues as well but was solved quickly with actual unit owner texting the needed information. Management group gave us refund for furnance issues as well as refund for difference between the 2 units. Second unit was completely updated very clean and a beautiful patio. Though we had some inital issues the management group and unit owner worked hard to resolve and ensure the appropriate refunds were given quickly. Would certainly recommend these units and will certainly rent again.management management groio and

    There are no umbrellas for shade by the pool or lazy river which is a health issue. We have stayed at other Phoenix resorts where there are umbrellas by the pool and will probably go to those resorts next time.

    First family vacation with our children and grandchildren. Home delivered everything we could’ve asked for. Bedrooms and personal bathrooms for each one. All the amenities of home. Only thing we seen that could be updated was the tvs!

    We loved the property however upon arrival at 6pm we had no air conditioning. We discovered the entire complex was out and a chiller had to be installed. We finally had air at 2am. At least that was resolved and saved the trip. Also we were disappointed that the chair rental was $45 a day. Luckily our grandson let my husband sit in his chair and he sat on a blanket. The kids enjoyed the pools and the property was clean, nice and quiet.

    Loved the property and the condo. To the eyes rooms were clean but learned very quickly the floors were not and needed to leave shoes on in condo:( Would suggest adding a book to say check requirements as well as local recommendations or delivery options for food. Also to bring beach/pool towels. Master bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running so had to turn off the water.
