Stayed Mar 30, 2024This condo was clean and remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and condo was spacious! It is hard to tell from the virtual tour, the master is the bedroom with a beach view. The master bath has two vanity sinks, huge walk in shower with double shower heads, and big walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The only time we had an issue with the elevator was at check in time, 5:00 on a Saturday. Otherwise, during spring break, the wait to go up was not bad. We always walked down the stairs. (One time trying to walk up 16 flights of stairs about did us in!). The parking garage has plenty of parking, even for large SUVs. The condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella and we rented two more. They are nice chairs that lay down flat. I would rent this condo again!

Stayed Nov 2, 2023We did not have issues with the elevators although we were there during the off season. The property was beautiful and very spacious! The convenient store on property was closed and I couldn’t find an employee that knew why, but again I assume it’s the off season. The beach ESC lovely and condo was exactly as described! Plenty of space.

Stayed Mar 8, 2022The rental was beautifully kept and just far enough away from all the chaos of Spring Break groups for families. The only complaint I had was that of the four hot tubs advertised only one was working. As you can imagine in a thirty story building that one semi working hot tub was packed with people everytime we attempted to use it. I did message the owner and they did respond right away. The grounds are kept up by the HOA. So the HOA needs to step up their game. :)
