GULF FRONT Condo with stunning views!!! ... Clean and Well Kept, Sleeps 4

Unclean and construction noise was very disturbing. The owner never disclosed the construction work to us. Very disappointing. The TV in living room was not working. The owners never responded to the issue.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay and the great access right to the beach. The only negative was the comfort of the bed.

Lovely comfortable condo , stunning sea views from balcony. Convenience store and pegg legs petes restaurant/bar just across the road.

We try and make a Mother/Daughter trip every year to Pensacola! We’ve stayed in MANY condos through out the past few years. This one was perfect! Beautiful view! Comfy bed! Clean and the HOST was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend! We hope to be back next summer!

It is the perfect location! We been to many other spots around the area but this one was the best! Looking forward to come back!

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo. We love it! It is clean, comfy bed, excellent owner communication, perfect location. I can’t say enough good about our experience!

Great place for a couple to stay---direct access to beach, assigned parking, right across the street from convenience store and a great restaurant / bar (Peg Leg Pete's). Balcony has beautiful views. Also 2nd half bathroom, big plus. Highly recommended

Overall our stay was good. The bed was too soft in my opinion (2 memory foam mattresses were stacked). The bathrooms do not have vents so it gets very steamy & hot while showering. The unit was a little out dated but that didn't bother us.

We were very happy. The property was advertised. Very good location, close to everything. Directly on the beach which was great.

Perfect balcony with beautiful views. Perfect location, great hosts. As someone who used to live in this area, I Highly Recommend this property.

Place was nice. The key lockbox was a nightmare and we ended up just leaving the place unlocked. When we left it was difficult putting the key back in the key back in.

We had a wonderful trip. Perfect location especially on the 4th of July.

The condo was clean, bed was comfy, plenty of wash cloths, excellent communication with the host. The beach was not crowded since the condo does not have another complex on one side of it. We walked across the street to Peg Leg Pete’s every night to hear the live music. Their oysters are the best! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to book this unit again.

Lovely unit, directly on the beach with gulf views from balcony. Parking is covered (not in direct sun). Convenience store right across the street as well as a great restaurant (Peg Leg Pete's). Short drive to other good restaurants in area. Note that washer & dryer not in unit, downstairs. Highly recommended
