Stayed Apr 28, 2025Perfect, Perfect , Perfect. We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Condo was decorated so nice and the balcony was amazing. Location was excellent and the view of the gulf outstanding. We stayed at the beach , morning till evening and ate out at night. . So much fun.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024The condo, balcony, view and beach were beautiful! Beds were comfy, plenty of dishes/cookware available. The property felt very safe. The only thing I would suggest is to have extra trash bags available. The glass top on the dresser in the master bedroom had a piece broken, but it didnt affect our stay.

Stayed May 17, 2024We love this unit and have stayed in it 4 other times over the years. Great amenities with updated decor and app. We love the spacious balcony that includes comfortable outdoor seating for everyone. This is the ideal unit for large families or groups of friends because it sleeps so many! Our Vacasa point person was so helpful and quick to lend a helping hand. My only suggestions for the owners are: the TV in the double bedroom needs to be replaced because the current one would never work which is the same problem we had 2 years ago, there was a leak in the double bedroom ceiling which we reported immediately when we checked in (a repairman responded quickly but said the problem was reoccurring and would need more in depth concrete repair-whatever he did stopped the leak while we were there), lightbulbs need replacing in a few places, the kitchen was dark and could benefit from brighter lighting, the sink faucet handle in the main king bedroom was loose and needs repairing, most of the drains could use some liquid Draino. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone and will be returning for a future stay again.
