    Overall great room. Negatives were: 1) the toilet which needs replaced or repaired. Had to hold the lever and still sometimes wouldn’t fully flush. 2) needs a dehumidifier. Even with ac running, nothing dries and feels muggy. Could use a fan in the bedroom too. 3) no dishwasher and tiny fridge. 4) single ply toilet paper. Positives are cleanliness. The bed was nice with big king sized pillows. Towels were nice. View from balcony is spectacular. The entire property was clean and well kept, staff encounters were all great and front desk attendants all helpful if you need advice. Easy walk to the beach. Even though the pool is closed and the pool deck work is ongoing, the noise never woke me (in fact this is another positive - the place was very quiet. No slamming of doors in the morning like a typical hotel) the pool work was just unpleasant on the balcony while they are working.

    The service desk was welcoming and the room was top notch! Very clean! Conveniently situated to the elevators and walking distance to restaurants. The beach staff was very helpful as well. There were chairs and umbrellas in the room that we were able to use that made our trip to the beach cheaper and more private than the umbrellas you rent. The staff at Vacasa was always checking in and making sure our trip was going well!

    The condo was nice and clean. The property was very nice. But what stood out for me was the exceptional customer service. I had two issues arise and they handled them swiftly and were very helpful.

    We chose this property for it's ocean view and location and were very happy with that! When we booked, the property was marketed as in a hotel/resort which is not the case. The hotel closed a few years ago (had to research online). The units are privately owned and rented out. Some include use of the beach chairs and maid service. Ours did not. There is an employee of the other owner who checks you in and sits at desk in the lobby. He leaves at 11 PM so not sure if the building is locked after that or any security. Vacasa should explain the situation to their renters. All we were told is that we were not allowed to ask hotel staff for anything and to call them if we needed anything. But no hotel staff were there since hotel is closed. It was all kind of confusing. Anyways, we had a great two weeks on Marco Island! The location is walking distance to wonderful restaurants and near the Marriott Resort. The beach has great shelling and sunsets!
