Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.

No parking zones will be monitored and violators will be ticketed and/or towed. For overflow parking, please visit the orange beach government website and search for overflow parking options
