Gulf-front condo with beautiful views of The Pass, pools & hot tubs

We were celebrating a birthday with family

Unfortunately the pictures in the listing are not updated to show the current condition of the condo. The condo clearly is not getting the proper cleaning in between stays and is not getting maintained or updated as needed. The mold on the ceiling was so bad in the kids bathroom that we could not allow our kids to sleep in the connecting bedroom. There was mold/mildew on the tub in the master and the jets in the garden tub were so gross with mold/mildew that we had to use the other guest bathroom tub for our kids baths. The chairs in the living room were very dirty and need a good cleaning. The paint is peeling off the kitchen cabinets. There was exposed wiring on the ceiling and most electrical outlets felt like they were pulling out of the wall. The master bedroom mattress was very sunken in, the pillows flat as a board, and the sheets needed replacing as they were itchy. I actually bought sheets for us to sleep on during our stay. The walls looked dirty and scuffed up everywhere. The appliances (except the fridge) are outdated but worked fine. The tv service was awful as the channels kept cutting out due to “weather conditions” even though it was a beautiful day outside. Unfortunately, the only good thing I have to say about the condo is the views off the balcony were amazing! The beach and pool were not very crowded which was amazing. The condo has so much potential to be immaculate if the owner would put some love back into it but we won’t be staying here again.

Outdated beds and pillows. We couldn’t figure out how to get any of the TVs to work due to broken remotes/very old technology. Really great location and amenities. We would stay again. It would be much nicer with extra blankets and bedding, but we would stay again due to wonderful location/view and the pool/hot tub.

Great view over looking the Perdido pass. Great for watching boats coming in and out. Enjoy the sunrise from balcony. Shade in the late after noon which nice to enjoy eating late lunch or dinner outside on balcony. Check in and out process very easy. Would stay again.

Absolutely love Grand Point. The indoor pool is amazing if you have young kids in case of bad weather. The view is 5 stars. Balcony is incredible. Amenities here are great. The boardwalk puts you right on the beach. Parking is easy. Community is gated. The unit is definitely dated. The furniture is worn out. Dishes need replacing. Everything needs a deep clean and some painting. I think the price was fair for a dated unit though, so if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s an excellent place to rent!

Very Clean with great views.

This location was tucked away near the Pass. It felt like we were at a secluded beach. The view was amazing! This will be a regular spot for my family from now on.

Condo was very clean and location was near to nightlife, grocery stores, etc. Would definitely recommend!!

This condo was perfect for our stay at Orange Beach. Easy beach access, clean and roomy!

Great space for our family of 4. We love the location and walkable restaurants with beach, bay, pools and options for all! I would recommend a deep clean of air vents and such but overall felt clean. Also would recommend rugs in some areas to soften the tile and the moisture of the doors are open. I also think all beach rentals should include beach towels and chairs but it wasn’t advertised- I just think that’s something we shouldn’t be responsible for bringing or purchasing. Overall it was a great stay.
