Stayed Sep 11, 2025Beach view was incredible. Condo was updated, clean and comfortable. Beach area, beach access, pool and gym were excellent. Owner was pleasant and helpful. Would gladly stay there again and recommend to anyone considering it for their vacation.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The property location is great. Right on the beach. Amazing views from the property. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The condo is well equipped for cooking. The washer and dryer helped to pack light. The condo was clean. We will stay here again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025This is our 3rd stay at Beachside 1. We enjoy this building because the pool is right outside the elevator. This unit is our current favorite of the 3 that we have rented. We love that it was close to the elevator. We also were fans of the oversized couch and lack of glass/fragile decorations/art that small children can bump into. Great views from the 13th floor. The unit was stocked with all the necessities to be comfortable during your stay. We will definitely book again in the future!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We had a wonderful stay! We were thrilled this property was available, as we booked pretty last minute. I truly have nothing but good things to say about this particular condo: clean, comfortable beds, beautiful modern decor. My favorite was the sunset views from the balcony! The pool area at Beachside One was also wonderful for adults and young children as well. The only thing we felt we missed out on was a golf cart, but not a deal breaker to stay at such a nice condo. Will definitely be back.
