Beautiful

The furniture was comfortable and the appliances were in better shape than previous condos. The two main areas we were disappointed with was there were not smart TVs in every room and not even in the living room. We couldn’t enjoy shows with our family in the evenings because of this. The room that has a window that faces the outdoor hallway needs curtains. Outside the front door is a super bright security light, making that room extremely bright at night. Please add curtains to that room and a smart tv to the living room. These two things would make the condo significantly better.

This property should not be rented again until the master bed is fixed you can’t sleep on it makes to much noise. The balconies are closed the pool is closed and you can’t use the fitness room. The furniture is in horrible condition. Chairs are broke and the light out side the door shines in the one room all might. I could say more but I won’t.

The property is in an excellent location. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The pictures of the property is as advertised. It is spacious. I would definitely recommend this property for rental

Nice unit, well done except the kitchen was minimally stocked (4 glasses only) and lacking a lot of basics. The washer was totally unusable and had previous complaints. The front door lock did not function well.

Vacasa was super accommodating. Somebody responded promptly every time I texted, prior to trip and during. The unit was very spacious for our 10 adults and 2 babies, off and on all week. The only negative things I'll add are that there are only 6 chairs at the dining table and 2 bar chairs. ? Would have appreciated some plastic bowls with lids to store leftovers. There was only one small bowl. The sleeper sofa was worse than most sleepers. So uncomfortable that it couldn't be slept on. Overall though, it is a very nice unit! Management was great! Oh, I was told prior to arrival that no additional parking passes beyond the 2 per unit, were allowed and couldn't even be purchased. When we arrived, we were offered to purchase an additional parking pass for $50. Angie, the parking attendant, was very friendly and informative. Was a nice welcome.

Absolutely loved the place! We would definitely stay here again, the place was clean and if we had any questions the property manager was also very prompt at getting back to us. Check in and check out was the simplest I’ve ever experienced.

Our unit was just as pictured - 4 bd & 4 ba on 19th floor. Enjoyed being on a high floor this trip ... great view in several directions. The pool was empty. Still not fixed/redone since Hurricane Ida. Work being done on and around The Colonnades bldg. Beware of noise factor: a New Phoenix apt. building is in the early stages of being built directly next door.

We drove 12 hours and were met by a mean employee named Angie at the elevator who was yelling at everyone coming inside. A terrible way to be welcomed. Trouble with our parking! Was yelled at by Angie again. ( the guard) Our lamp was broken, the coffee pot was filthy dirty brown, toilet paper holder hanging of the wall, six lights burned out, laundry light burned out, pitch dark, broken chair in patio, sheets dirty on one bed, stains on comforter, no baking sheets. Maintenance showed up the day before we had to leave. Dining room wall was not finished being painted. The worst thing was Angie, the guard who was never there in the parking lot. We were told to talk to her and could never find her. When we finally did, she talked down to us and was very mean! We will never go back!
