Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well stocked.The contact person was available and helpful. Used to go there a lot a few years ago and hadn't been there recently. We were happy to find that it was still a great place to stay.

We didn’t have to wait on the elevator. Easy walk out to the beach. We rented the chairs and umbrella (great service separate from the condo)Our unit had a musty smell. But it was relatively clean. The full size bed was kinda small for 2 adults. The location was great for smaller crowd on the beach even with a Holiday weekend. I wouldn’t stay in this exact unit next time because of the full size bed. Prefer a queen or King.

Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at GulfGate for over 25 years and this is definitely one of the nicer rooms. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. I thought the mattress was really uncomfortable but that was the only complaint I had! In terms of Gulf Gate overall we did have an issue one night where there were no parking spaces, and saw a lot of cars parked without parking passes, so be aware if you go out late. Would definitely stay again.

We loved being in a smaller complex on the east end of the beach. Our unit was recently renovated...and the kitchen contained all pots/utensils/dishware you could possibly need. We’re hoping to make a return visit in 2025!
